Don’t waist your money or time here. Everything is so over priced and for the quality of the food your better off cooking at home. 20 $ or more for a side of beans and rice and two enchiladas totally not worth it.

Terrible, terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We decided on this restaurant because of the mariachi. We wanted to celebrate my moms birthday. So I called ahead and wanted to reserve a table for 15 guests. They told me I had to go and leave a $ 100 deposit. No problem, I went and left the deposit. The man that attended me told me I would have a long table in the middle of the restaurant to accommodate our 15 guests… When we got there for our dinner they told us they filled the table that I had reserved and had our party split on two different tables. They asked how many ppl we were expecting and I said 14. 12 of us were there at the time of the reservation and the other two would join us a little after. We got there at 8 and not until we had to ask for our menus at 830 did we even get seen by a waiter. At 9 the OWNER came to my boyfriend and said that if the other two guests were not showing up they would need one of the tables. At this point my boyfriend asked why? If we paid to reserve it… we were still expecting them to show and the owner got so upset yelling at my boyfriend that he needed the table to sit incoming guests. I stepped in, started arguing with the owner and said that I paid for it and they were on their way. He left it alone… He then came back and picked another argument with my boyfriend. What type of business owner does that?! We all ordered drinks and food that were waaaaay too overpriced the entertainment was good but too loud. The waiter was very nice, he apologized for his boss. I would never come here again… I would not put any stars but I had to put 1

Entertainment: Mariachi, cumbia, comedy, and Juan Gabriel were all entertaining, especially because they switch it up every hour or so. People were dancing in whatever space available and it seemed like a family party. My only complaint is that it was a little too loud so it was very difficult to speak to others. Everything seems to start around 8 and guests seem to spend much of the night munching on chips, drinking and eating dinner. Good for celebrating birthdays as the mariachi goes around singing, taking pictures, and delivering shots :) Food: huge portions, but also a larger price than other Mexican restaurants. I got the fajitas de pescado and it was delicious and more sit. It came with a huge plate of rice and potato salad(idk why this and not beans??) but both were flavorful and fresh tasting. We had margaritas, which were also really good because they were not too strong. I would go again, especially to entertain people from out of town or for birthdays :) Didn’t get it 5 stars because I felt that our waiter could have been more attentive and because the décor is a bit much and made it seem less like a nice sit down restaurant(lots of decorative signs and paper flags.)

This place looks like a piñata threw up all over the restaurant or like a bad Mexican food nightmare. A piñata nightmare come to life.

The entertainment is pretty cool, the mariachi sings nice and the comedian in Spanish is pretty funny he had us laughing also the cadetes de linares group was good! Howeverrr, the food is WAYTOOOVERPRICED and it’s disgusting ass food. When you open up the menu and see the prices you’re just like damn? When the food arrived it looked so plain and tasteless and sure enough it was. I got a molcajete with carne asada, chicken, and shrimp. All of the above had absolutely no flavor! The carne asada seems like they literally just grilled it without any seasoning. I cook better food then this place. If it wasn’t for the entertainment this restaurant would probably have no type of business. Because the food is HORRIBLEANDOVERPRICED.

We were a party of 9. The meals are overpriced and the policies aren’t reviewed until you have a question. No refill on soft drinks. I had 2 diet cokes and that was $ 8…that was the most expensive diet coke I’ve ever had. If you don’t order dinner, you have to pay a $ 15 cover charge for the entertainment. Service was slow and the waiters weren’t very attentive. After several attempts, the waiter finally brought the bill. We paid and thought all was good. Later on the owner comes over and tells the remaining members in our party that they had to leave because they noticed they weren’t ordering any more drinks. You mean paying over $ 200 and having the minimum 2 drinks is not enough. Ridiculous… I won’t be returning.

Some family members came down to Los Angeles to visit and they wanted to see some mariachi play. We came here at 6:30 pm and asked the waiter 3 different times to see menus. It took him until 7:10 pm to get menus. Two of us were not going to stay long we were just going to share a small plate and stay enough to say hi. So lets begin… The prices are way too pricey. A small coctel de camaron is $ 15.99 and 2 tacos rice and beans is $ 17.99. Not just that the front of the menu has a little sign that says starting the new year 2016 the prices will increase by $ 2 — $ 5. So not only are they not going to revise their menus, they are going to expect you to read their little note. When the waiter came for our order he said that the platters to share for 2 people cannot be shared with 3 people that each person has to order something or there will be a $ 15 charge plus a minimum of 2 beverages. One of my family members ordered 2 cokes and that cost $ 8 so yeah no refills either. My boyfriend and I felt like we were forced to leave because we did not fee l like spending $ 20 on a quesadilla or tacos. Since I am not a push over I called to the owner/manager hes the chunky older man dude that is on the left podium as you enter the restaurant(Joe). I asked him if we(2 out of 9 people) can stay for a bit to just say hi and that we are leaving before the mariachi show so no need to charge us a cover we will gladly not watch your show. He agreed. So right before 8 we left. 7 people from our party stood to watch the show. At 10:30 they were kicked out due to «not ordering drinks». The menu specifically says to buy food and minimum two beverages to see mariachi. Their little rule card does not say alcoholic beverages. Only 2 out of the 7 of my family members consume alcohol. So yeah the owner kicked my family out from their restaurant. How embarrassing it was taking our family who were visiting from Sacramento to this money hungry place. All we wanted to do was show them a nice night with some good Mexican food and some mariachi entertainment. Never have I been to such a restaurant with dick waiters who do not explain the rules(which they should) at least in the first half hour waiting for our damn menus we could have decided to check out another place who would treat us with better hospitality. I intend to translate this and hope that many people see it. To the owner: Your restaurant will surely go down it is obvious that the restaurant is already going down due to your sudden peak of prices per plate. Take off the rules. Work by reservations. Hire a marketing consultant to consult you to not be such a money hungry, arrogant, and rude asshole. I hope you lose many loyal customers by my honest review so that you can feel how you made my family and probably many others feel.

I won’t be coming here again. Overpriced, bad service, bad policies. Good luck if someone in your party is just stopping by or has already eaten– every guest must pay a $ 15 cover charge if they don’t order a meal. We asked for menus 5 minutes after being seated. We didn’t receive them until 20 minutes after we were seated. The manager made an «exception» to this policy for us, but ended up charging us the fee anyway after the meal. The food is expensive, and the prices went up again in 2016. A cheese quesadilla is more than $ 10. Many of the plates are over $ 25. Good luck to the owner.

Over priced Mexican food… something anyone could cook on their own. The vibe is nice and entertaining but way too pricey. You’re better off going somewhere much nicer and pay less.

Horrible! If I could give them no stars I would! Service is awful! The food not so great, I’ve had better. We went on a Sunday and there was one other family in the restaurant. Our waiter didn’t check on us to make sure we needed anything. I don’t understand how this resturant is in business. To top it off its way overpriced! Never coming here again!

I found out about this restaurant because a menu was put on my car when I went to Superior market. It is a great restaurant that serves all kinds of beer, mixed drinks, etc. Note all you can eat for $ 8.99. The restaurant has a museum like atmosphere. The food is great and I’m going to recommend it to all my friends and family. Sometimes on the Weekend they have Mexican singers there. It also has a friendly atmosphere where everyone is nice to you and will bend over backwards to make you happy. I advise you to give it a try and the first time you go you will be hooked.

Not really good. Sadly. Their micheladas look more like bloody Mary’s. The carne Asada tasted days old and The chicken was not chicken. It has a really weird consistency. Kinda rubbery. Overall, really disappointed in our first time experience. Love parrillas but there is definitely not going to be a second visit to this place. Ambiance is cool.

All things considered I reserved a table a month in advance for Mother’s Day since we needed special accommodations because of her disability. We showed-up 20 minutes prior to their opening which was also our reservation time… to my surprise every table/seat was taken. I was pissed!!! that this happened. Their reason for this was«first come first serve» my understanding if you take reservations you HOLDITDAMIT!!! I pointed-out my name which was on the top of their reservation so called list. They seated us off into the back amongst another crowd of people and pulled out a few extra seats from the back. The accommodation were horrible. Well go figure they also changed the menu on us & price gouged nearly 2 – 3 times the amount that day. Oh, about the food their really wasn’t anything special to brag about. Honestly, I could of simply enjoyed sipping on a margarita & listened to the mariachis play. Now, regarding my Mom I tried to make this a Special Day for her no matter what problems arose. Overall regarding the management of the business you are only deserving of this one star if even that. Now regarding the mariachis I’d give them for their performance if it wasn’t for them you’d surely be out of business.

Food was good, entertainment was the best and the service was excellent. Our server Alonso worked so hard to make sure our experience was pleasant. The owner even went around from table to table checking patrons were doing well. This was our first time here and we highly recommend it if your family(all ages) and friends are in the mood for music and a little dancing. Music by mariachi, band(Cumbia) and a Juan Gabriel impersonator all GREAT, made for an amazing night. Thank you Fiesta Mexicana!!!

Not sure why this restaurant has pretty low reviews. We went for Sunday Brunch, to celebrate my brothers birthday. We were a group of 15 and had great service. Food was actually good, plus a variety to select from. Chilaquiles and pozole were my faves. Did I mention they have fresh hand made tortillas? Entertainment was good too, Mariachi? What else is better than that? I will return again.
