This place doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. Watched them try to install downpipes and swap coilovers for stock suspension for a couple of hours. Car was on the lift at 9AM and was told this job wouldn’t be done until 4PM. Called back and said it might be done until 5PM. Their timing was a little off but this took almost the whole day and it was overpriced. What a waste of my day off when I could have someone else do this job quicker and for a better price.

I’ve brought my car here a few times and every time I’ve been here my experience has been great. The owner Jack is very trustworthy and reasonable with his prices. This place is also so close to home so it makes it even sweeter. I would recommend Jack to anyone in need of repairs.

Took my bmw in at jacks after i have taken it somewhere else. The other place couldnt reset the oil and service icon. I believe the owner helped me out he was nice and he didnt want to charge me for reseting the icon will definetly come back for my other cars. Thank you

My family have been going to Jack Auto Center for over 5 years now. We go to Jack because he’s honest and the repair cost is very reasonable. I used to go to the Mercedes dealer for my 2008 C300 Mercedes. Since my warranty expires, Jack maintains my car now and he saves me a lot of money from the ridiculous dealer’s cost for Service A, B, and even for diagnostics. I definitely recommend Jack’s auto center for car repairs and diagnostics.

I gave this shop a try because I’m committed to giving my business to locally owned places. While Jack was nice enough to look at my car again after he did work, I was not impressed to find out that the headlights that he installed were broken by him or someone else at his shop. When I told him about this all he said was that no one did it on purpose. That is not a very good business practice. Regardless of whether it was a mistake or not. Don’t say you’re can do something if you’ve never done it before. That was my impression of how he went about installing them. I am disappointed that I need to bring my business further away from my home.

Very honest and reasonable pricing from my experiences over the years. Jack used to live on my street when I was to young to drive and I knew of his trustworthy and good repair work from my neighbors. He doesn’t fail in any aspect. The sign of a good shop is often one that’s always busy and full with cars. This shop is great with troubleshooting/​diagnosis. Especially with European cars.
