Fast Deer Bus Charter

Fast Deer Charter is a great operation. They will definitely take care of you no matter if you are calling for a huge business or a private party.
At the time of this review I have used Fast Deer on 4 separate rentals. I have chartered the 28, 40, 48, and 56 seat buses. They have a wide variety of sizes to fit your needs. The buses have always arrived clean and ready to go. The drivers have always been friendly and professional.
The booking process has always been clear and payments have always been processed per agreed terms. You first set up your booking over the phone with date and itinerary of your trip. You then receive an invoice with your agreed terms that you sign and email/​fax back. They usually collect a deposit at the beginning and then collect the balance 14 days before your trip.
The Fast Deer fleet is pretty new. However, 2 of the buses I have received did not have an AUX headphone plugs to play music from you ipod or phone. So don’t rely on that. Also, always bring a copy of your itinerary (with addresses) for the driver. Its on your booking, but the driver never seems to have it. No big deal, just keep that in mind.
All-​in-​all, Fast Deer is a good company with very competitive pricing. They will definitely take care of you.

They were scheduled to pick us up at 8:45 for a company holiday event and had to arrive by 10:30. I was told the company and the driver had my contact information. Pick up time rolls around… no calls… no bus. It’s quickly approaching 9am so I contact the driver who not only was unprofessional in answering her phone, she sounded like she could care less. She told me she still had 15 miles to go and was very blasé about the whole situation. Basically was told she will get there when she gets there. Wth? I ask why I wasn’t called to be told she was late. She said she didn’t have my information. The company told us that both the driver and they had our contact info. Why didn’t the company call then? I ask her to try and hurry otherwise we will miss our event and that’s why they were scheduled to pick us up at 8:45, not 9:10. 15 miles in LA can be anywhere from 20 – 60 minutes. My coworker who set up the charter calls the company, and they tell her that the driver has a blown tire on the freeway and they’re trying to change it. Wait… what!!! So wait… is she stuck in traffic? Or broken down? So not only did the driver or company not call us to let us know that they were late, they straight out lied to us. Finally 9:25 rolls around and still no driver or any help from this company, so we just said screw it cancel the shuttle we’ll use our personal vehicles to drive to the event. We all arrived a little late and very stressed out which was very disappointing. The whole reason we reserved the bus was so we could all have fun on the drive down to the Holiday event with no stress or having to fight traffic. Very unreliable, unprofessional, and we will never use them or refer them to anyone.

I work in the commercial industry, where transportation is very important. Since I had a last minute project, the carrier we usually use were fully booked. I called several charter bus companies and I knew right then that they were ripping me off. Our production manager gave me a link where it lists charter bus services and I happened to click on Fast Deer Bus Charter and thank holy baby Jesus I did! I made my call and Carmina answered the phone. I want to thank her for her excellent customer service. She was so down to earth like if I was talking to a friend. She wasn’t like those sales people that wanted to get as much as they can from their customers. She gave me competitive rates that basically matched the carrier we usually use. If that’s the case, I may have to switch over since Fast Deer Bus Charter’s customer service is unbelievably on point! I was looking for a specific charter bus with leather seats and after a few searches she was able to give me what I was looking for! Leather seats, wooden floors, and other perks… what more can you ask for? I highly recommend using Fast Deer as part of your transportation needs! Okay, I’ll stop blabbering now. haha

Fast Deer Bus Charter is an amazing service and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for an amazing bunch of people who provide great service. The buses are amazing as well, very clean and comfortable, felt like I was in business class. Carmina, one of the salespeople, was very nice and had a positive attitude. She got the job done when it came to booking a last minute reservation.

I Absolutely Loved how friendly their customer service is, Elena and Carmina we’re both friendly and fun to work with. I had a Great Time during my week long Vacation, with their Drivers driving us everywhere we requested to visit. They’re prices are very competitive and I will always use them every time I go on vacation. I would highly recommend them to All my friends and family. Especially since they’re drivers and buses are safe and spacious to ride in.

Carmina at the office was very easy to work with to set up the reservations. We used their service for a senior citizen group trip. The bus was very nice and the driver, Shyra, was great. She worked with our staff in regards to finding the quickest way to the location, and they were flexible when our times changed only a couple days before. The passengers felt safe with the driver, and considering this group of senior citizens, that’s a huge plus!

Fast deer charters was great. The Bus driver Ray was awesome, their customer service was top of the line. They got us 5 buses for our event last minute. Shout out Carmina in the office she is on it, we will be needing more buses soon and we will definitely use Fast Deer Bus Charter.

I absolutely LOVED Fast Deer’s Service… From Start to Finish! The office staff, Carmina and Elena are wonderful to work with! They helped me with making last minute reservations for a 21^st Birthday Party! It was so much fun! The buses are BRAND NEW and it comes with FREE Wi-​Fi!!! The drivers were knowledgeable and professional! They brought us everywhere we directed them without any complaints and most of all SAFELY! I will definitely use them again in the future!!! Fast deer charters was a joy to deal with. Their customer service is superior to those of other charter companies. It was a joy to deal with Carmina and Dennis in the office. The buses far surpassed my expectation and the professionalism of the driver was everything we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Fast Deer to anyone due to their newer equipment and reasonable prices.

I recently asked for a quote regarding a Laughlin turnaround trip, (which is clearly stated on their website that they do) and I recieved a rude email from ELENA stating that they do not have Laughling turnaround trips, only stateline. No” Good morning, thank you for your interest” nothing.

Horrible customer service. Just had a pretty distributing bus reservation experience with ELENA. Will never reserve or request a quote from them.

HOW 34 PEOPLE HAD TO SIT ON A BUS AT 103 DEGREES
I’m not sure if this location is where our bus was rented, I just know it was the fast deer charter. Our bus AC broke halfway from LA to Vegas. That’s 2 hours in the heat. That’s ok because it isn’t the drivers fault. He called the mechanic who was no help and didn’t know what was wrong. But the next day driver says it was working again so no bus switch was made. Worked Sunday.
MONDAY. We are now leaving UTAH to come home to LA. We leave at 4:30 and what happens? AC isn’t working again. Multiple calls to the mechanic who is still of no help. Driver was nice but seriously… Things don’t fix itself. I wish they had just switched out buses. The whole bus (34 people total) had to stop at some random city to wait until the sun set before we could go on.
You know how you leave sweaty prints when you lean on your legs in a sauna? It was like that. Now I’m one of the younger ones in the group so I’m sure I can handle this fairly better than the rest. Because everyone else was a lot later in their years. I was pretty worried about them… Wasn’t sure if they were sleeping or plain passed out from the heat. I’m sure many of them got sick as we got back to LA at 1 am with many of us sniffling and sneezing.
Had to skip work next day.

Our school uses this company and multiple times there have been problems. A few of the buses even broke down for a trip once, forcing the students to be crammed into the other already-​filled buses.
Nevertheless, I still decided to use this company, with the intent of organizing a social event among 7 other schools. I called the number on their webpage, and the operator gave me an email address to which I could direct my request, telling me to expect a reply within 24 hours.
No reply.
I sent another email, this time through their internet form.
No reply.
