Best Carpet

These guys are amazing. Another great big thank you to Mario, and Carlos and his crew. They went out of their way to help us out. We just bought a new house with the absolutely most disgustingly foul smelling carpet EVER. Let’s say 5+ years of their dogs whizzing and pooping on it. I first thought it was ok to just have the living room, hallway, and den bedroom replaced. HUGE mistake. The smell in our master bedroom that first night there left my stomach in knots. I couldn’t walk in there without shoes, and without practically throwing up! It was truly disgusting, and I was greatly regretting my new house buying decision. I tried carpet powder, sanitizer, you name it, nothing would stop that funk. I waited a couple more days, then broke down and called Mario at the end of the day. I begged for mercy at my mistake, at not just having all the carpet replaced. There is no hope for such soiled carpet. JUST GET RID OF IT, REPLACE IT (Best Carpet, best price, just do it). Anyways, he got the crew out to get my carpet replaced the next day. This, after they had 3 large jobs, they still came over to my house and busted this carpet out for us. I couldn’t take another night of this smell, my sanity was on the line. These guys worked their tails off that day, they helped us out more than they’ll ever know. I seriously can’t thank them enough, for squeezing us in, and helping us to now focus on all the many other things we need to work on in this house! I love my new carpet and I love these guys!

We needed just one room of carpet in a hurry… my 14 year old son found Best Carpets here on Unilocal and so we drove over, walked in and came out with an order! I asked for the weekend to touch up paint and on Monday morning they were here and the carpet looks… and feels great! I was a little worried that I had chosen too quickly so I went by a competitor afterwards and what Mario sold us cost almost twice as much and was an «order only» product at the other place! I was so happy with the results they are coming over to measure another room tomorrow! So excited (it’s a big deal for me to get new flooring!) Note also… after installation the owner actually called and asked if everything was good!!! Great service! Two big thumbs up! Thank you Mario!

Had an outstanding experience with Mario and his staff at Best Carpet. He was very friendly and was willing to work with us whenever I made a request. All you hear is, «yes, no problem» or «don’t worry we will take care of you». That’s good customer service! And on the day of the scheduled appointment his guys showed up at 8am on the dot… They were also very friendly and professional. They moved everything for us and did the job quick and clean. I would highly recommend them and they have definitely earned a customer for life.

After going to all the local carpet stores. Best Carpets was the best in service and selection. Mario gave me the best price of any store. He help me out of the pinch replacing some carpet in a rental property. I would highly recommend Best Carpets!

Best carpet service and pricing. Mario worked with our budget, our budget didn’t cover any of the best material carpet we were looking at, so he showed me and my husband a few for our budget but we didn’t like any, so he genuinely gave us a carpet we love for our budget price he just didn’t hesitate, I was so happy he did that, we saved sooo much money and it took one whole day to finish our two story home. The workers move furniture and what not for you and they put it back after they are done. They took all the trash and old carpet with them. best service ever I’m glad we went here and not Lowes :)

Best Carpet… is just that!
Within 4 days all this happened. We bought a house and I had these guys come out and re-​stretch my existing carpet and they did a great job. Then had a carpet cleaner came out and look at the stains and advised me to just get new carpet. So we went to Best Carpet and they had carpet that I like and were able to put it in 2 days later so that we could move in on time. Not only did they do a great job, but they also rebated me back what I paid to get the crappy carpet re-​stretched.

Picking out the carpet was fast and easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The work was done very well and on time. No complaints at all.

Best Carpet is really the best!
I decided to check them out after reading reviews on Unilocal.I walked into their showroom and looked at the selection. Mario scheduled an appointment to measure my home right away. His crew was prompt and on time and I received a quote in less than 24 hours. Mario had a very competitive price and offered wonderful customer service and crew… there was no reason to continue to shop around. Other contractors quoted me 2−3x more so when I found Mario, I knew he was the guy. I was still waiting for escrow to close on my home and Mario kept my information until I was ready. When I got my keys, I called Mario up and he squeezed me in. I was at my new home and his crew showed up! That SAME day I called him. Mario did not ask for a form of payment or deposit before he cut the carpet. He’s the good «hand shake» type of guy who trusts his clients. I’m always sketchy when contractors want money before they start. This was not the case with Mario. I paid his crew when they completed the job which only took a few hours. They were fast, efficient, hard working and left the home without a trace. Most importantly, I love my carpet! It really is quality carpet and padding.

If you’re looking for quality affordable carpet look no further. I had a horrible experience with Lowes and didn’t even want to bother with Home Depot after that. We just bought our house so our budget was a little tight but we knew we wanted nice, soft carpet for our new home. I found Best Carpet on Unilocal and immediately called and spoke to Mario. He was so helpful and gave us such a great deal. I told him what Lowes was offering and at what price and he made sure to beat it and installed the carpet of our choice with the highest quality padding and even included adding laminate to our bathroom floors. After the install there was some issues with our toilet from the laminate install and Mario immediately sent someone over to fix it. I’m so happy I found Best Carpet and I highly recommend that anyone and everyone come to this place for their carpet and flooring needs.

Amazing! Super fast and very reliable. Same day service. Had some impossible carpet to get out and needed it done in a hurry when another company flaked on me. They quoted me a very reasonable price and brought an excellent team to get the job done fast. I am very glad I called this company. OMG these guys are the best. They redid my stair carpet and it looks AMAZING. I recommend them without a doubt. They gave the best estimate and came through with what they promised. My house looks AMAZING. I am so happy with the quote and the service they provided!!!

I contacted BEST Carpet after receiving a previous estimate from another highly rated Carpet Company here on Unilocal.I ended up selecting BEST Carpet because not only were their estimates lower than the other company, but they also offered me a far superior carpet product. The installation went well, and Mario’s crew did such a great job cleaning up after they finished their work. I came here from a recommendation from my mom! She has had 2 homes and a cabin floored by this wonderful company. The customer service is A+ top notch. They measure twice and cut once for accuracy. My husband and I found Best Carpet on Unilocal and because of the great reviews we went to check it out back in May. The store is not big, but contains every sample type of carpet you would need. Mario was there to help us out and showed us the different types of carpet and even had us walk on them with different padding underneath. We learned so much!
He told us that we could get the best prices depending on what he had in stock and so a couple weeks later when we were ready for installation we went back and he gave us a great deal, the best that we could find anywhere! We didn’t have any cash or a checkbook with us so he actually trusted us and allowed us to pay the full amount once the carpet was installed.
The appointment was made and our carpet was installed with no problems. Everyone who comes to our house loves our carpet and so do we! We would definitely recommend Mario and his company to anyone who needs carpet! Thank you Mario!
