My husband and I met Ryan at an open house. We were not working with any agent then so Ryan told us we could go through him and submit an offer. We sent everything to him including a letter to the seller, bank statement, offer terms and conditions but he never responded to us. We called and left messages, we sent emails but he never called/​emailed back. He never submit an offer for us. And when we were finally able to get him on the phone, he did not know who we are. When we asked him about the offer, he told us we had a verbal offer to the seller. If Ryan didn’t tell us to go through him we could have worked with another agent but we were stuck. We went to the 2^nd open house to talk to him and make sure we have an offer to the seller. After the open house, he still never got back to us. NOT A SINGLE CALL/​TEXT/​EMAIL. Not after the seller decided to accept another offer. We only found out online that the house was already pending after a few days. Certainly not «just another realtor».

All though I have personally not use Ryan as a realtor, only because I have not bought a house yet. I have built a relationship with him in our business group. He is so knowledgeable about the real estate market and always has fresh new ideas to share with his clients and his fellow colleagues.

Ryan and I are in a weekly business group that get together every week.
I have gotten to know Ryan very well and at a personal level. The information and experience that he brings to the meeting along with the stories of the work that he does for all his clients are amazing.

He has been helping me look for a property in Monrovia and he is remarkable attentive and responsive. I have also referred him over to friends and they have had nothing but compliments on how great he is. I can say for a fact that though he is trying to make business for himself, he has principles. One referral had some question about a property and out of «real estate» politeness to the other agents who was handing the case, gave some advice but stated that it would be best to let the deal run its course and that he could help them after this particular property. We needed to sell my mother’s house quickly. The positive reviews on Unilocal regarding Ryan caught my attention so I decided to call and meet him. Ryan was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The house needed to be staged in order to be more appealing to the buyers.
