My dog Bella has a play date at PPC one to two times a week and we both LOVE it there! They treat all the animals there as if they were their own. I wanted a place for Bella that was like our own home not a sterile cage and at PPC she can roam around and play with her friends freely under the watchful eye of an experienced dog trainer! I recently went on a trip for 25 days and although I missed Bella I didn’t once worry about her because I knew she was in great hands!!! I can’t say enough good things about PPC!

We were delightfully surprised to find this facility! Bob was great to work with and we felt like we were leaving our dog in good hands. Our dog is a member of our family and has free region of the house, so kenneling him was rough on us and him. It was a little unnerving driving up to an actual house, but our dog felt right at home, and we were impressed about how organized everything in the house was. Bob does an amazing job making sure that our pup got along with the other dogs, and we felt great about everything after doing the «meet and greet» where we got to see where the dogs stay, and know he’s be well taken care of. We have never felt better and and less apprehensive about boarding him a very welcome change! Plus, we got email updates while we were out of town which made us happy too! We (and Dickens, of course) will be returning!

What an awesome service! Our little pup is a young 17 yrs old, and while we had historically taken her to Pet Smart when we were going out of town, they told us a few months ago they couldn’t take her b/​c she was so old and frail. We were really lucky to find you guys. Coming in to check on her once or twice per day was perfect for what we needed, and that enabled us to leave our girl in the comforts of home. Josh was kind enough to text us a quick photo of her walking around the yard, which made us feel better. (We do worry, especially since she’s getting up there). And was even kind enough to help clean up her messes and spray some medication on her gums. Seriously, I couldn’t say enough good things — -really, really lucky that we found you guys!

I am so pleased with the care they provided for my 2 dogs Milo and Mowgli. My pets are important to me. In the past, I sent my pets to commercial kennels when I went away, and I came back to filthy, traumatized animals. At Pitt Pet Concierge, they treated my pets as if I were caring for them in my own home. I needed to house them there for a month due to me moving. The owner was very friendly and kept me up to date on how my pets were doing. He kept the active and followed there schedule to a tee. Upon, picking up my dogs, the were completely happy and healthy… Just how I left them. They also got to be around other friendly dogs which help the socially. I was completely satisfied that I continue to go for all my doggie daycare, and boarding needs!!!
Best choice for true animal lovers and pet owners!!!
