I like the vast amount of experience & knowledge they have on flooring. I dealt with Warren, an older gentleman who was patient with me as I picked his brain for information. I was giddy as I’d gone to both Lowe’s & Home Depot (where I either couldn’t find anyone to help me or had to talk with a 17 year old who knew even less than my Google search results had shown).
Great knowledge, solid selection. Excellent all the way around. The only hiccup is their floor installation subcontractor. You’ll spend forever waiting for their installer (Rich?) to contact you back. He’s knowledgeable but a little expensive. I think they need more than one installer so customers have a few more options should the project timing be sensitive.

I purchased carpet for our rental home from Floor Trader, Warren was very helpful in helping us figure out which remnant would fit in the 3 rooms we had to carpet at the best pricing. His knowledge about fiber, pile and durability was extremely helpful. Floor Trader also has a great number of selections to choose from.
Warren also uses the best installer! Thank you Warren for sending over Ron Alvarez, he did an amazing job and was very pleasant as well.

We have purchased carpet over 4 times for different homes. We love the selection. The 1st time was because Lowes botched up our order and we had already moved all furniture out of 3 rooms. So we headed right over and found something we loved… in stock…& found am installer for that same day. Amazing how they helped us. These guys are awesome! Prices are very great compared to all the «Big» company flooring companies. (Lumber liquidators, flooring liquidators, etc.) The owner is super nice.
