Brian is great. He sold our home for us. We had a few hurdles, but he made everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend him!

Mr. Sharp has renewed my faith in humanity. It is very refreshing to meet someone who has such a high degree of integrity. I talked with him at length about when is the best time to put a house on the market. My husband and I have been putting ourselves in a crazy state trying to get our home ready to sell by spring. Brian told me in no uncertain terms, «Sell your home when it is best for you and your family.» I can’t express how important it was to hear this. It really took the pressure off.

We have had the pleasure of working with Brian Sharp as the seller’s agent on both sides of the process, first as a the buyers of a home and then a decade later selling the same house. Brian was excellent in all respects. During the sale we had a lot of business travel, an angry ex-​tenant, and other churn happening, Brian was able to work with our difficult schedules and provide good advice to keep things on track. Even when complications came up during escrow (as they usually do), Brian could be counted on to keep things friendly and low drama (which can not be said of another agent in Brentwood we had used for property management). If we were ever in the market to buy or sell another home in the Brentwood area, Brian would be the first person we’d go to.

Brian was excellent. I have made several other home purchases and have been extremely happy with another realtor I typically use, but Brian has raised the bar! His follow up was excellent, his integrity was challenged with a situation that he managed very well, and all the little extras such as reminders on locks, utilities, etc made the stress of a home purchase manageable. I would highly recommend him and if we ever had to make another real estate transaction in his area, Sharp Realty would be the only way we would go.

Knows his stuff and has integrity. Helped us out big time when we had some issues with our lender. We were able to stay in our home thanks to his advice. So he actually talked us OUT of being paying clients.

A bit of background first. Let me begin approximately two years ago, where Brian and myself had a phone conversation where I inquired about selling our previous home. I explained our scenario and what my future goals were for my family at the time. To my surprise, he advised me to not do anything at that point in time. It appeared that he could have made an easy sell on our previous home, however advised that it would not be in my family’s best interest the way the housing market was at that time. I was incredibly surprised at the amount of integrity and character that I had experienced and was beyond grateful for his infomration.
Fast forward to about 10 months ago, I recontacted Brian regarding the selling of our home. His description of what he anticipated the market would do was spot on. We were now able to sell our home and with his advice on some minor upgrades, our home went pending within a week. My wife and I were so pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, promptness, and attention to detail, that we continued to use Brian and Sharp Realty during the search for our new home.
This is a team that will bend over backwards to help you find whatever you are looking for. There was not one point in time where I felt it was difficult to get a hold of him or someone from his team.
Approximately two months ago we found the home of our dreams and we could not feel more confident in the direction we were going due to Brian’s expertise. Every play that we did and the information he gave us was incredbly helpful. There were so many little things that we were not aware of, that he let us in on. (And if you are looking for a new home, I’m sure you know that these little bits of information are so helpful when making a decision to buy a home.) We ended getting the perfect home for our family solely due to Brian’s help.
Brian and his team have a way of making you feel as if you are their only client (which clearly they have many) and that they are willing to do anything and everything to meet your needs. Every question had an answer and his advice was tremendous. I had spoken with several real estate agents prior to using Brian and let me just say that he is a class above them all. Sharp Realty has set the bar in real estate in my opinion and they do this by displaying the upmost in professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend using them for any and all real estate needs.
