Very Bad Service! Husband took our son to upgrade phone. Was told he was not on account this was the 1st time mind you Sprint verified he was. 2nd time! Same day went back had me and Sprint on the phone yes a rep on the line VERIFIED he was in fact on the account. Morgan the Asst Manager got off the phone no help what so ever! Sprint advised they will give this store feedback since they were involved. Skip this store go to a real one not worth the headache to bad that was a household lost to bad customer service.
