I had the experience to have Shah as my driver. He was extremely personal and kept my mind at ease. He was extremely proud of his equipment and level headed. This was a great experience and I will use A+ in the future. It’s tough to find good people these days, but today I found a great hometown company that cares about its customers.

My flight was delayed all day. My assistant was in touch with A+ Transportation all day with updates. The company had my name and flight information. When I finally arrived at MCI the driver wasn’t there. I called and was told the driver was there. In the end, the driver told the company I didn’t show up and left. Attempts to call the driver went unanswered. A+ offered to send another driver but it would take 40 minutes.
I ended up taking a cab from the airport to my hotel.
The company sent me a text stating it would credit me (duh) and offered me a free return trip, which I doubt I will take. I need a company with dependable drivers. Westin was the one who recommended A+ Transportation and reported the poor service when I arrived.
