Brian is a lifelong Kansas City resident. He is married with two children (one of whom is a driver for HD Express), and loves the Chiefs, Royals, and Big 12 basketball. He has over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, and driving everything from 18-wheelers and stretch limos to vans and sedans, so he is uniquely qualified to get you safely to your destination.

Great Service. You talk to a real person, not some handheld app or computer system. Reliable and on call. It’s great for setting up appointments in advance too. No other service offers both on call and advance appointments. Really glad to find HD express

I travel almost every week with the job I have now. My wife was determined to take me to the airport and pick me up every time because she would miss me. That lasted three trips so I had to find a car service. I tried a few and was not impressed. I was however impressed with these guys the first day I used them because they were on time. I’ve used them for 4 years now. I’m never worried about them being late, I trust that they will be there on time every time. That would be enough for me to be happy. But they are also fun to ride with. I hate riding in the back so they let me ride in the front unless I want to sleep then they let me crash in the back. We banter back and forth and it makes the rides fun.
Don’t let Brian’s Patriot’s jersey fool you, he’s a die hard Chiefs fan and will cheer for them first.

These guys are amazing. I have taken a lot of cabs, but these fellers are the rare breed who actually care. Cabs are clean and fantastic, and the drivers are interesting, charming people. Their five star review is definitely accurate. Do yourself a favor and call them now.

I got stranded in the midst of a cross country drive and these guys helped me immensely. Both of the drivers I had were extremely pleasant, interesting, and kind– something rare with drivers these days.

I was in KC for business for a couple days and decided to use taxis as my form of transportation. THANK GOD for HD Express. Brian, the owner, was personable, consistent, dependable and customer service driven. Al, one of his drivers, was the exact same way. If you are a nice person, these guys will treat you well. They picked me up every morning for work and were right on time. It is stressful depending on a cab to get you to work on time, but I never had to worry with these guys. Their word is important to them. If they tell you they will pick you up, they WILL be there. I was short on cash for my cab fare, but my driver saw it as no issue. He smiled and accepted what I could give him. He knew I would get him back the next time I am in town because I will be using HD Express every time I am in Kansas. If you want a ride from a RELIABLE cab company that values their customers and do not just see them as a cab fare, HD Express is the way to go.
