Established in 2007 LRDA is quickly becoming one of the top competition studios in the Mission Viejo area. Family owned and operated with instructors with a variety of dance backgrounds. LRDA is proud of be a significant part of the growing community of Ladera Ranch!

Aimee M.

Business Owner

Aimee Molloy is a co-​founder of the Ladera Ranch Dance Academy and is currently director of public relations for our studio. Her responsibilities vary among the areas of media relations, strategic planning, community relations, and special events. Aimee has a Bachelors of Science degree from Weber State University. Before working with Ladera Ranch Dance Academy she worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for several years. Aimee is passionate about her faith, family, dancing, and her work. When not involved in these pursuits she enjoys serving in the community and her church.

Best Dance Studio around. My daughter has been taking classes there for 7 years now. Watching her improve over the years is very rewarding. The teachers are top notch and she loves it here

My daughter has been at this studio for 4 years since she was 2 ½ and we love it here! She is now on dance team and I have seen her grow so much and she loves going to class with her awesome teachers!

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
The eldest daughter (2 ½) goes here twice a week for Creative Dance and loves it. The instructor (Ms. Marci) is very friendly and works great with kids of that age. Prices are reasonable, too.
The waiting area is small, but if it gets too crowded there are a few tables outside. The waiting area does have a one-​way mirror in it, so you can watch your girls (or boys I guess) dance without them even knowing it. The best is when they look into the «mirror» to preen or make faces, not knowing there is a room full of parents cracking up watching them on the other side.
They do seasonal dances here, too. For Halloween they had all the kids dress up and did an entire number on The Monster Mash. Awesomely funny stuff.
The best though is seeing how much The Peanut loves it. She is constantly showing off her new little dance moves («Look Daddy, I’m a ballerina!»). This gives her some extra physical activity, social interaction, and best of all discipline she might otherwise miss out on.
I definitely recommend coming here if your younger child has expressed an interest in Dance.
