Grace and Zen is a children’s school of yoga and ballet serving South Orange County families. We offer classes including infant massage, baby yoga, toddler yoga, toddler ballet, kids yoga, kids ballet, teen yoga, prenatal yoga, and special needs yoga. We also offer children’s birthday parties and special workshops. The studio is in San Juan Capistrano, serving families from San Juan, Ladera Ranch, Mission Viejo, Dana Point, San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Mission Viejo, Coto De Caza, and more.
