This is NOT a Panda Express. It’s a local dump(saying it nicely) that caters to the section 8 people in the apartments nearby. And they leave a MESS behind after eating! Place is dirty, buffet is picked through, ala carte orders are nothing great either.

The staff does not understand the meaning of customer service. The 1st time that I visited, there, last Fall, the staff ignored me/continued to chat among themselves as I patiently stood at the counter, maybe 5 minutes, waiting to give my order. Maybe, 4 others, there, seated & eating. Then, 5 new people came in & the woman came to help them, first. I walked out. Today, months later, I decided to give it another shot. Again, stood at the counter, waiting to place my order. Young woman was on phone, 2 feet in front of me, with another customer, for quite a length of time. That was ok. But, she hung up & carried on a lengthy conversation in Chinese with one of the people behind her, while, again, I patiently waited. She never acknowledged my presence, just like last time. I turned and walked out, again, and like the last time, went down the business strip to Hong Kong Buffet to get carry-out.(HongKong Buffet thanks you, Panda House, for the 2nd time you gave them my money that you could have had. And, like last time, I wanted to order vegetarian entrees off the more expensive menu, for carry-out & didn’t want the limited, meat-laden buffet. That’s it. These people are clueless.

I have yet to be disappointed with this place~! It’s good Chinese for a good price and you can’t argue with free delivery for orders more than $ 15! I’ve ordered from them at least or 8 times now. Although now the name is «New Panda House».

It was quick and cheap and it was rice. That’s really all I could ask for. The taste of the itself wasn’t bad either. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way for some New Panda Express but it’s right near my work and sometimes I get a hankering for rice. But you must like chicken dishes since I think there were only a few non-chicken dishes.

Walked in right at noon. Not a soul. Red flag! It was a little hard to understand the person at the counter, but I discovered that one trip through the Buffet is $ 5.49. Now a couple of people trickling in. The buffet is small compared to most but it’s pretty good food! No napkins out and when I asked for a guy handed me one… one. I had to ask 3 times to get 3! Lol. Overall great food for really cheap.

Not amazing, but it’s the best chinese delivery that we’ve found.
