Half the experience with a salon is your stylist. I went to Erik of Norway the first time and had Krystal. I have no complaints– she was amazing.
She did an amazing job on my hair and really knew a lot about the area and ‘hair industry.’ I have recommended her to many of my friends and will return to her the next time I get my hair cut.

I love Erik of Norway Downtown, especially my stylist Heather. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist always offers me a soda or coffee when I arrive. Heather does such a great job with my hair. I go from short to long and back again rather frequently, and all her haircuts are fabulous! She is friendly and easy to talk to without forcing the conversation. Her prices are very reasonable as well for someone of her level. There is also complimentary valet parking downstairs. What more could you ask for in a salon?

I have been to Erik of Norway twice, and each time the entire staff was wonderful and super friendly. I was greeted at the door and offered a beverage each time. Krystal was my stylist each time and she did a fabulous job. I liked the fact that I was the only customer that she was working with while I was there… she was not bouncing around between customers (as I have experienced at other salons in the city). We had great conversation and I felt very comfortable with Krystal. I give Erik of Norway 2 thumbs up! :)
