Do not understand the music they played, it seems like in a nightclub instead of a coffee store.

Big shout out to JOSE at the drive thru. Like everyone I hit up my share of sbucks drive thrus and this guy’s service was amazing. Sometimes simple greetings and thank you’s go a long way and are unappreciated. Hats off to JOSE for a job well done. Really caught me off guard.

Four people working, and it takes them almost 15 minutes to make 2 drinks, they only had one person in front of me! Plus they were out of everything

Definitely the best customer service I’ve received in a while :-) Even if you are having a bad day, they will greet you with a genuine smile and a greeting. Also, if one of the baristas or servers are having a bad day, they never show it! They give off great vibes especially in the drive-thru since you can’t see them when u order, but u could still hear the energy and the spirit in their voice like they are happy to be at work. Props to them for still staying true even when I see rude customers. I probably visit about 3 times a week, & it’s my go-to Starbucks place. At the Starbucks near Calaveras, I had to alter my order because the drinks tasted bland but here they make it just right.

I love this tucked away starbucks, away from everything else. It’s the prime spot to get things done. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s had the right amount of spots and outlets all along the seating area. The wifi is pretty quick as well. Normally I don’t feel very motivated to write a review for Starbucks but I was helped out by Katrina who gave me impeccable service. I was pondering on what drink to get since it was late at night and I didn’t want to be over caffeinated. I saw that they were featuring a new citrus green tea latte that looked quite appealing. I asked her about her opinion on it and she told me she’s never tried it and offered to make me a sample of it, both iced and hot. I really felt like she went out of the way for me, even though she was already busy prior unboxing the shipment that came in. I loved the drink so much, it was hard to choose even then after trying it. The iced one tasted like a citrus minty mojito with a bit of crème but a kick. The hot one reminded me of a warm lemon zesty madeline dipped in green tea. They were both so unique! I’m so grateful to have been able to try both so I didn’t get hooked to one. All and all, I would definitely recommend this place, everyone here seems like they’re here to do work, so its definitely a productive place to be, and the workers here are great(:

On a cold winter night, running for deadline to meet and need a bit of caffeine to get through my work… found this place on my starbucks app says open till 10pm. This night, I met the most friendly, accomdating and best looking servers, managers, and Coffee barista. One of the cute girl who looks like the boss lady, she was very nice and kind even tho I didn’t know… drive through is open till 10pm but the lobby closes at 930pm. She allowed me to finish up my work-in progress, kindly reminded me they needed to close but respectful let me know. One of guys here whos got a shave like Denzel Washington and a mini-me of «theRock» kindly reminded me 2nd time that they got to close the lobby. Nobody wants to stay behind pass closing hours, but they both knew how to treat a customer with respect and courtesy, as a business man I can really appreciated that. Take a note, Katrina deserve to be in charge, put her and her team for a promotion. She brought the corporate run business professionalism with the small town local coffee shop feeel together.

My experience there was excellent and customer friendly as it should be. The baristas were confident in their recommendations on what drinks and pastry I should get. One barista by the name of Gerald was friendly and overall gave off good vibes and gave me a good drink recommendation. He recommended a strawberry green tea and it’s definitely going to be a daily for me. I also enjoyed the customer service Andy gave me while I waited for my drink. We were able to talk about sports topics and made my stay a memorable one. Overall great experience and better than every other Starbucks I’ve went in.

this is and probably always will be me and my mom’s favorite Starbucks! the people are consistently friendly and make conversation, remember my order(and how to make it right!!!) and I always leave feeling good about going here. even though I’m an ohlone student I would rather stop at the drive thru here than the Starbucks across the street from the school, if not for the good service then for the fact that they consistently make my drink right lol. I have to say Alex, Neil, Cody and Tiana are my favs.

Came in to order my OG order of Vanilla Latte and was hesitant to order the Caramel Brûlée Latte but Brittney, the cashier, assured me that if I didn’t like the caramel brûlée latte that she would remake me my vanilla. She was right– it’s bomb and I can’t wait to order it again! Special thanks to Lauryn, Brittney, Brandon for making my day!

My go to Starbucks because 1) the drive thru 2) it’s right off the 880! I come multiple times a week in the mornings on my way to work. Service is typically pretty quick in the drive thru, sometimes slower depending on who’s working I guess. However last week I had to wait quite some time(maybe 20 min in the drive thru in total), and the barista at the window gave me my drink for free to apologize for the wait. Very considerate, thanks!

Slow service, came here for drive through. It took 10 min for the next car to get the order. Before that I came here on Saturday morning, 2 weeks ago. Boxes were everywhere, all tables were super dirty. Never seen a dirty Starbucks before.

horrible service!!! beware!!! cindy and judy here at this location are the most disrespectful employees and here is why: they charge for half and half if i ask for more? been coming to starbucks all my life(GOLDMEMBERFORYEARS) and they never charge for half and half when you can go to the counter and pour it yourself. In this location when I asked for half and half for my expresso shots, judy said I’ll pour it for you myself. So I was like«ok, go ahead.» However, she wanted to charge me additional if I got more. in addition, long story short starbucks became what it is today because of great employees who always show great attitude towards their customers. if they keep employees like judy and cindy who are rude not because we «didn’t get what we want» but the way they acted gossiping and whispering between each other. this starbucks locatiom and the company in general is headed down the drain. this is a bad example for starbucks and customer service in general, this was our first time here at this location and our last. so much for first impressions, i know for a fact there are hard working unemployed workers who will replace judy and cindy that will make their customers day with outstanding customer service. calling the manager at this location in dixon landing first thing on saturday(because they are not worth wasting a lunch break) and i will get answers for this hideous service. I have never felt so DISREPECTEDANDUNCOMFORTABLE esp over HALFANDHALF.

I don’t make it a point to leave reviews for chains, but this Starbucks deserves one. It’s conveniently located right off of the 880 freeway and has a drive thru(but that’s not why it deserves a review). I want to comment on their cozy seating area(which is complete with wireless chargers and lounging chairs) and also on the fact that they have legitimate bathrooms. By legitimate, I mean that they don’t just have one bathroom for everyone to use. Not even just one bathroom for each gender. There are actual stalls(as in multiple toilets), and the bathrooms are clean. This Starbucks wins.

Seems like everyone there doesn’t know how to get a simple drink right. On numerous occasions I’ve had to drive back around the drive thru or walk inside to get my ish right, and I’m sick of it. They will comp your drink. whatever– that’s the least they can do. but how about slowing down and making sure it’s right the 1st time as oppose to continuously not getting it right. The only reason I keep coming back is because of the drive thru. I will definitely start checking my drinks and making sure I have everything I ordered and paid for. You can’t leave it up to these guys and gals to do that for you!

I love this Starbucks! I tried to go without coffee yesterday and felt lethargic the ENTIREDAY. I’ve become one of those people who need coffee to function… I’ve only been inside to order twice, and it actually took longer than it does when I go through the drive-through. I think this may be because they focus more on the drive-through orders? Anyway, the drive-through line goes pretty quickly and all of the baristas have been friendly the times I’ve been there.

I remember when this complex was a Burger King. Looks like Sbux made it well and theyve brought another burger place in tow. After some heavy burger fare it was time for iced tea to reverse the food coma effect. Fairly fast even though its pretty busy. It has a drive thru which i find interesting but since we were parked we didnt do the caffeine amusement line

It’s the people that make this Starbucks rock. This crew rocks here. They know your name, your drink, they are fast, and yet never make you feel rushed or imposing. The drinks here seem to be very consistent and my quad venti skinny vanilla lattes are always rockin. Very clean location too and is quite organized. So if you haven’t figured it out I come here for the awesome crew and how good they make you feel. Otherwise I am not a fan of where the location is physically located. Sure it is right off the freeway but getting in and out on California Circle is borderline dangerous. You have to be careful as a subway, a chevron, and an office building all share the same driveway. Add some construction vehicles that feel they can park wherever and you have yourself an adventure. So do come here, hang with an awesome crew, just drive safe!
