I go to subway a lot. Heck I even used to work 15 feet away from one. The service here is completely unacceptable. I walk up and the first thing the guy does AFTER giving me eye contact is yell«customer!!!». I thought to myself okay well he might be busy so ill let it slide. I decide to say hello to the employee and see how his day is going he interrupts me and says hold on a second. What the heck??? 1 minute later Gurwinder walks up chewing something as if she were eating in the back. She asks for my order and proceeds. Every item I ask for she literally slaps it on the sandwich. There is seriously no care in her work. I thought subway was known for pretty sandwiches. Anways when shes done she slams my sandwich on the board and folds it up abruptly. I will never go back here ever again.

Decifed to go through the drive thru. Super noisy because of the freeway and could hardly hear the drive thru person. Got sandwich and left to continue on the freeway. Finally got to eat my sandwich. Skimpy on the meat. They didn’t put bell peppers on it and the only thing that tasted good was the chicken and the bread. Way too much sauce and it didn’t taste like the right sauce. Next time I’ll go in or go to another Subway.

Worst subway ever. Bad customer service runs by Indian people. The girl who asked what to put in the sandwich is not friendly as well as the cashier. It’s more like they are doing you a favor. Their sandwich is wrapped so sloppy and the wrap paper smells like curry.

very awful custermer service. And the Indian accent of the clerks are way to strong… they mass up my order many times and unwelling to give my money back!!! The manager even tried to bargain with me!!! She said“how about two footlong for 10 $” I said no. I ordered a footlong and a six inches… So the mmanager didn’t do the refund and transaction again to adjust this. Instead she decided her own to cash back from my debit card!!! Wdf!!! and gave me some changes back, plus, the wrong amount of changes… waited for 20mins for this. Won’t go there ever agiain. You should not go, either.

They skimp on the veggies here, like seriously. The reason I go to subway in the first place over other sandwich stores is to make my veggie loving wife happy because most subway locations load up on the veggies. This place does not.

So far, this is the worst subway experience ever. The customer service, quality and quality SUCKS, they won’t listen to your order. For foot long of $ 5, you will get 5 olives, 5 onions, 5 pickles. BUT because their quantity is very less compared to any subway, this place is the best if you want to diet and leave hungry.

Shady on the meat, I’m not on a diet. This subway is a combined chevron station, I saw the same guy making my sandwich after I pumped gas. Not to be racist or anything, but all the workers are Indian. My sandwich tasted like a salad on bread.

It’s a shame that I’m stooping so low to write a review for Subway. But, consider this as a public service announcement. This location SUCKS. Avoid it like you would as if it were an ex that gave you a, well, it’s a three letter acornym, starts with an «S» like«Subway.» The lady who made my sandwich had a hard time making my sandwich, I’m assuming she was new as she kept referring to a card. When she was making my Italian BMT, she spread all the meat evenly except for the ham, which she put all four slices(sticking together like a slab) right in the middle of my sandwich. When it was time to put produce, I asked for my usual lettuce, onions and olives. I swear, WHYAREALLSUBWAYSSOSTINGY??? I mean come on, it’s not like I’m asking for extra cheese, it’s veggies, I don’t get tomatoes or any of the other 12 items! It seems like they’re going to go out of business with my extra ounce of lettuce and few slices of olives. Then I ask for Spicy Mustard, what does she put, Yellow. Grr… I’m not picky, it’s all good. What really set it off is the manager(I’m assuming she was) pointed to the ham in my sandwich but did my lady fix it? No. Nor did it seem like the manager had any sense of urgency to maintain the quality and consistency. Not that it really matters but you won’t get any friendly customer service here, the staff is afraid to answer anything more than a yes or no question. Damn you Subway, not just this location but to 90% of your locations. Stop being so damn stingy, it’s only freakin lettuce!!!

Pros: +Came during lunch time but they had enough workers so the line would move fairly fast +Right next to a lil market in the Chevron gas station so you can grab snacks/coffee/drinks/etc with your sandwich Cons: –Not much of friendly customer service, the workers just do their job and move on, a little smile goes a long way people! –Can be stingy with the ingredients, I had to ask for more in some of my vegetable selections –The first time I came here, they didn’t have banana peppers: O THEHORROR of no banana peppers in my subway sandwich Good thing there is another subway less than 5 minutes away :)

SUX! Its july 2010, and the previous review still stands. They took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, got our order messed up, and over charged us. We were in the drive thru, and the guy who helped us was rude. If I could, I would give this place no stars. All other milpitas subways are better, do not be fooled by the convenience of the drive thru window, because it would be faster and more worth your while to go to any other location. What a shame…
