My name is Johanna Beyer and I am a life coach who specializes in working with individuals who feel like they are in a major life transition and are ready to create a new direction for themselves. I offer a creative, in depth process that helps people get back in touch with what truly gives them energy and purpose so that they can proactively create that next chapter in their life, whether it be career, relationships, home or health. I founded On Your Path Consulting in 2000 and I have been able to work with many people and organizations over time.

Business Owner

Johanna Beyer received her Bachelors Degree from UCLA and her Masters Degree in Organizational Development from California Institute of Integral Studies. While working as a management consultant for The Grove Consultants International and The Idea Factory, she learned the fine art of strategic facilitation and led hi– level executiveteams in creative strategic planning for long-term success. In 2002, Johanna transitioned from her work with organizations to one-on-one coaching with individuals using many of the techniques that she applied to Fortune 500 companies. Since that time Johanna has been privileged to work with people across the country and help them move past their obstacles and fears so that they can uncover their creativity and gifts. By using different tools and processes, Johanna is able to guide people to the clarity they need in order to live a more purpose driven life. Johanna currently resides in Mill Valley, Ca. with her husband and two sons.

I just had the opportunity to meet Johanna and take her vision board workshop, and I highly recommend it — and her! This class is really so much more than just preparing a vision board — and btw, she does them as I like to, in a very meditative, flowy type of way. I’ve been to classes where people socialize during the vision board preparation, and those don’t work for me. I find this process deeply powerful, and I want to very much turn in — and talking can really be a distraction. Anyway, Johanna’s class was wonderful, beautiful, and I came away with a board that scares me a little; and I think that’s good! :) I also made some wonderful new friends. If you’re considering going to this workshop, GO! :) namaste

I was recommended to Johanna by a good friend… and can’t thank that friend enough! As an unemployed stayed at home dad having a hard time navigating the extremely competitive job market of the recent poor economy I was in need of guidance. What I got from my time with Johanna was so much more than that. Through her true talents she unlocked doors inside me that I didn’t know even mattered, much less existed. Today I am back to work doing what I know to be what I want to do, with a real understanding of who I am and what is important to me. Johanna Beyer has been my life coach for over 3 years this past November. I find it integral to have someone in your life who keeps you focused on your dreams and goals while gently reminding you (or maybe for the first time revealing to you) who you truly are at the soul level.
