Really great crew. Answered phone, easy going, knows their stuff, very pleasurable experience and charge was reasonable. Installed new dishwasher. Some issues that were handled easily.

Bought a $ 750 Groe kitchen faucet… after $ 275 to install… they had to return twice to «repair»…including a $ 56 dollar charge for a washer the size of a dime. A shame a local service provider doesn’t have the sense to u ser stand the power of word of mouth. They lost our business, and will definitely not recommend. Called 3 times for an explanation of their last charges — and went unanswered.

We have used Driptech in the past for simple sewer snaking, but this time they we needed them big time. It was the Friday before thanksgiving and our sewer line caved in on itself. The problem was very complicated since the pipe ran through the neighbor’s yard and was about 100 feet long. They walked us through all of the possible solutions and it seemed best for everyone to dig a new trench across our front yard and tie into a different sewer line. They showed up early the next day (saturday) with a team of guys and started digging a ridiculously deep long trench. They worked from the morning until after sunset to get the project completed by Thanksgiving. I didn’t know it was possible to accomplish such a feat but they did it. I would very highly recommend using Driptech if you are in Marin.

These guys came out in about 15 minutes to fix an overflowing toilet on a Sunday afternoon on Labor Day. Pretty impressive. They were the only plumber that returned my call today when the shit was hitting the floor. Fortunately it wasn’t my bathroom floor, but the neighbor’s below. The contractors who recently remodeled our apartment left an old rag in the drain. The plumber pulled it out in a few minutes after removing the toilet and running a commercial snake through the pipes. Quick and competent, though not cheap.

Drip tech came right out to fix a water leak over the weekend, and was very professional in solving a very difficult problem with a rusted out connection from the water meter. They also were very responsive in solving another sprinkler system problem involving some tricky water pressure by measuring then installing a water restrictor. I would highly recommend them! I called regarding our kitchen sink leak Saturday morning after trying our regular plumbing company who gave me a Monday morning appointment. Lemeki let me know when to expect him and fixed the problem within 2.5 hours after I made the call. Five stars for service and the more than fair price on a Saturday. We will use Driptech Plumbing from now on.

A pleasure to work with. I reached out one afternoon, they came and completed their work the very next day. The process took longer than expected and included an additional worker, but at no point did they attempt to increase the charge. They were great to work with and I will be calling them for future jobs.

This is the company for you if you have recently won the lottery and feel like throwing money away. I contacted the company to come fix a pipe in the basement of my restaurant. The landlord had contacted me and said he would pay for the repair. It was such an easy job that I would have done it myself but we where busy. Two plumbers showed up to fix a leaky pipe. Then a 3 plumber brought the parts from Mill Valley. The bill had no breakdown for parts which at max could have cost $ 50. It simply listed service call fee $ 59 and line 2 with no description says $ 716. So for a grand total of $ 775 3 plumbers used a screwdriver to tighten 4 rubber gaskets.
This is the only 1 star review I will probably ever write but I am just so appalled at how shady these guys are.
By the way no line on the bill for tax???

Just like Jerry on New Year’s Day, we also had a main sewer line backup. Lemeke sent out a very competent plumber and was able to save the day! I would highly recommend Lemeke and his company!

Friendly, hard working and honest. Lamecki and crew solved my sewage backup and worked hard to correct the problem as well as provide a solution to any future obstructions by updating my line and taking pride in a job well done. Great service and very friendly and professional. They fixed a gas line in our kitchen and did a great job. Very pleased with their service. We’d call them again for more work.

We had a leaky bathroom faucet. I saw all the good reviews on Unilocal,so I called this plumbing firm.
The plumber never showed up for our scheduled appointment, so after 1.25 hours, I called Driptech. The man on the phone insisted that the plumber had been waiting outside our door and had been calling us repeatedly. This was not the case, as I was at home (taking time off work) the whole time. Ten minutes later the guy on the phone called back to apologize — the plumber had been given the wrong address and phone number. I said I could wait another half hour for him to arrive.
When Juan, the plumber, finally arrived, he looked at the cartridge in the faucet and said he would have to take the part and bring it to a distributer to see if they had the part in stock. He came back at the end of the day, put the broken part back, saying a replacement part had been ordered, which he would pick up early the following week. He then asked me to write a check for $ 300 for his time.
The following week I had no call back, so called them. I was asked to be at the house the next afternoon, as they had the replacement part. I left work early and waited. No one showed up, so I called. The fellow apologized for not calling me to cancel the appointment, saying the part had not been picked up and they planned to get it the next morning.
Juan showed up the next day with the replacement cartridge. It took about 10 minutes to install. He then asked me to pay another $ 250 — $ 100 for the part and $ 150 for the labor (one hour minimum charge). I also asked for a copy of a receipt for the part, so if another faucet broke I would know the part number and pick up the component myself. The plumber said I would have to call his boss: the boss was very resistant to this idea and said no one had ever asked him for a part name and number before. After a lot of arguing, he said that he would email the part information to me later. Meanwhile, I strongly objected to being charged $ 550 to fix a leaky faucet and Juan agreed to accept $ 150 as final payment (for a total of $ 450 for the job).
The boss emailed me the part number later. I checked on the Internet and could find no reference to the name and number he gave me (but did see that comparable parts cost no more than $ 25). I sent another email, asking for him to email me the receipt from the distributer where he purchased the part. It was never sent to me (I assume because he did not want me to see the big markup they applied). So I still do not know the item # for the part, in the event that the adjoining sink develops a leak.
In summary, I will let the Unilocal reader decide whether this is good, cost-​effective service. I do know that Driptech will never get any repeat business from me.

I called Drip Tech Plumbing because they were a local service. I promptly received a return call back and set up an appointment which I was very happy about, especially due to the fact that I have a busy schedule. Once Lemeki arrived at the house I was pleasantly surprised to be in the company of a very nice and professional person with a smile. I showed Lemeki what the problem was with my sink, he identified the problem right away, began doing the repair and was was finished within an hour, that was impressive. Not only was he done within an hour, the price was reasonable which I was very happy with. All in all, Drip Tech Plumbing gets a 5 star rating from us! I highly recommend hiring Drip Tech Plumbing, great service and incredible work.

The pipe of the main water line to our house broke late in the night. Driptech made it out by noon the next day. All said and done, great service at a great price, and they were able to fit us in sooner than anyone else in town. I’ll definitely be calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

Five stars for responsiveness. I called three others late Monday morning and none could come until Tuesday (perhaps because this was going to be a small job? far less than an hour of work). These guys were able to come within two hours. Very much appreciated this. And they fixed the problem.
Four stars because I’m not sure about how competitive the pricing was. They seemed to charge a one hour minimum which I suppose others do. I felt the price was high for a very small job and not much travel time, but I could be wrong. I also encountered some sales pressure to replace another part, which likely would have caused the job to go over an hour. Maybe it was good advice to replace it to avoid a future issue, not sure.

On three separate occasions I have been totally happy that I called Lameki at Driptech plumbing. Toys down the drain, toilet overflowing, bad pipes… no problem.
He and his assistant Felix are super friendly and their prices are very reasonable.

Called on a Saturday night regarding our stopped up kitchen sink, left a voice mail that was promptly returned and set up a service call for Sunday morning. Sunday morning the drain was fixed at a very reasonable cost.
Very nice service and good rates that don’t seem to carry any sort of premium for weekend work.
This is our new go-​to plumber.

We were very happy with our service with Driptech. We have used them on two different occasions — once for a heating vent issue and another time for a plumbing issue. Lemeckie was extremely friendly and made sure that one of his team members helped us when he was unavailable. We received same day service.
Felix who is on Lemeckie’s team could not have been nicer. He even saw that my 4 year old loved Spiderman and the following day came back with Spiderman comic books and a Spiderman mask for him!
They did great work and were a pleasure to work with, we will definitely be using them from now on!
