Claudia has been in Beauty industry her whole life. Born and raised in Milan Italy she grew up in the fashion world with a passion for make up artistry. Her mother was an aesthetician from Budapest, Hungary and Claudia grew up understanding the nature of art and appreciation of beauty. CiaoBella and their amazing staff bring many years of experience to their clients in Makeup Artistry as well as Facials, Massage, Xtreme Eyelash Extentions and Full Body & Facial Waxing

Amazing!
At first I was a little taken aback that the spa was attached to the owners home. However, this is hands down one of the best spas I’ve been to. The space is completely separate from the home. It’s very welcoming, spotless, and really gives you that ‘spa’ experience for total relaxation. I had my eyebrows waxed and the Comfort Zone European facial. It was a great way to unwind and was even better then expected! Claudia was exceptionally attentive and made the entire experience worthwhile. Ciao Bella has definitely gained a returning customer!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Amazing customer service. They are welcoming, professional and the spa is super CLEAN! It was my first time getting a bikini wax so I was nervous and uncomfortable. Wendy was so nice. She talked me through everything before she started. Told me everything to know about waxing to aftercare And what to expect. She made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Today I went for eyelash extensions for the first time. Again I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with smiling faces. Wendy talked me through all the steps and I could not be happier with the results. My lashes look amazing. I can’t speak highly enough of this spa!!! They are amazing.

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new place to go to for eyebrow/​upper lip waxing and occasional facials. I tried Ciao Bella out last week and was very pleased. It was a little strange that the front door was locked because «facials were in progress» and that my aesthetician didn’t ask how I like my brows done, but I really liked the atmosphere and was very happy with how my brows turned out. I am definitely planning on coming back next month.

I brought my daughter to Ciao Bella for her first Teenage facial. She was having an awful time with acne on her forehead/​in her hairline. We changed shampoos, products and diet. She was instantly welcomed by the owner Claudia who made her feel so welcomed and comfortable. She came out an hour later and had the most relaxing and thorough facial by Molly. Her face glowed! She looked immediately better. She is sampling some new skincare and looking forward to the next visit.

Really like this day spa. I tried eyebrow threading for the first time, Manju did an awesome job! I love that you can book online and it saves past appointments. I will definitely be going back!
