Just took my dog for the second time. The first visit (2 months ago) was fantastic! My dog is a poodle mix, I like to keep him fluffy, which means lots of knots! Back to the first visit, the man groomer (not sure of his name) took all of the knots out of my dog without shaving him! I was so impressed because every groomer in the past has shaved him instead of brushing through knots. He said he kept in the conditioner for a while and he was able to comb through his fur.
After the first visit, I expected this every single time. Although the young girl that was there today was very polite, she did not do such a good job as the man before. She didn’t leave him as fluffy as the man did on the first visit. AND she charged me $ 15 more, when the first visit, my dog had even more knots and it was cheaper… not sure about that. But I wasn’t so disappointed that I won’t take my pup again. I like the work at this pet grooming business.
I guess I have to make an appointment specifically with the man groomer… I think he’s there on weekends. My first appointment was on a Sunday.

Flawless experience with Neo Pet Spa! I have been living in the Brickell area for quite some time but always brought my dog to Kool and Kute for his grooming needs. I wasn’t truly happy with their work so wanted to try something new. Naturally, I came to Unilocal and found Neo Pet Spa which had amazing reviews.
I immediately called to make an appointment and the customer service was great! I have been told in the past that my dog is difficult to groom because all he wants to do is play with the other dogs that are there. I also warned that my dog doesn’t like his tail touched unless he can see you. When I dropped off my dog the groomer asked me how I wanted his hair cut and if there were any other special recommendations. Their attention to detail to clients and their owners were something I, and most crazy dog parents definitely appreciate.
Best of all, they were able to fully groom my dog in less than 3 hours which is a very quick turnaround for dog grooming. I have found my new dog groomers in Brickell and will definitely be a frequent customer!

First timer at this spa. Pros: lower pricing for the services. They let your dog move around after his/​her session in an open room. They actually remove the matts that happen so often with our fuzzy companions. Cons: they take longer than usual for grooming .BUT, maybe that is because they are very meticulous .I would’ve heading back for the next session for sure

We just got back from Neo Pet Spa and I am SO impressed by their service. The groomer, Tom, was amazing and I could tell that he took his time with both our dogs and really took our requests into consideration. The prices are very reasonable and they were very accommodating — they were able to fit in both of our dogs on the same day as we called, a Saturday nonetheless!
PS: their free collar offer for new customers is still on. Make your appt and ask for Tom!

I couldn’t be any happier with the service we received. I had to change our appointment three times because things kept coming up for me and they didn’t have any problems with me. They were happy to reschedule. And this was my first time taking my Maltese to get groomed in Miami. We came from San Francisco and I was surprised at how good of a job Neo Pet Spa did. Maya came out super happy and looking beautiful. I’ve never seen her come away from a grooming happier. And she got a pretty collar too. The price was very reasonable and the staff was very nice and friendly and Maya looked comfortable right away. And Maya hates getting baths and grooming.

I just discovered Neo Pets, and it’s great. The groomer is very sweet and always courteous. She truly understand how to properly groom, and is very talented. She made the cutest collars for my dogs Lexi and Dutchess. Will definitely be back!

Although parking was a bit unusual the location is neat and presentable. Being it was my first time I was presented with some paperwork and contact information.
They quickly and with a very gentle approach whisked out dog to the back for his grooming. They gave my dog a quick grooming in a relatively short time even offering him a personalized collar thrown in for free. Overall a decent job done with the grooming. This will be my secondary shop for my dogs grooming. I like the original groomer because they’re are probably more detail oriented and closer to home.

This is my fifth visit and second review. I’m still extremely happy with this place and Jasmine, the groomer. She never fails to give the best haircut to my Doggy and is CONSISTENT with it, no matter if I want a longer or shorter style. She is fast, sweet and He always smells delicious. Not only that, he always comes back home with the cutest bowties!!!

Literally the best grooming my dog has ever gotten. The groomer was really nice and managed to declump my goldendoodle’s fur, no small feat. They got us in right away and we left happy. I would highly recommend taking your dog here!

Super excited Neo Pet Spa finally opened! My little Mary Jane is a terrier mix and gets very scruffy with her wirey hair. She came in looking like an alley dog and came out looking like the precious princess she is! MJ is also a bit shy and skittish. Another great thing I loved is that they don’t pack the place with a thousand other dogs, so your pooch can get the extra love and attention they deserve during their visit without being nervous or fearful of a bunch of other dogs howling around.
Bonus was the promotional gift… an adorable pink collar with her name sparkling nice and bright on it! I’ve been to several groomers in the Brickell area and have never found one that treated my little MJ with as much love and attention as Jasmine and Neo Pet Spa have. I am so so so happy they’ve opened… double bonus, my amazing nail salon is right next door. I must’ve died and gone to heaven!
If you’re looking for a great, trustworthy groomer with reasonable prices for your furry pal pampering sessions, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. You won’t regret it and your pooch will be pampered and thrilled! They even offer a PAWdicure so your pup can have flawlessly polished paws, too! Cute!

Wonderful service from this grooming salon! Friendly staff and reasonable prices! Plus, they are open on Sundays! There is also a sister nail salon next door which is convenient. Will definitely be back. Glad I found this place.

I will never go to a different groomer. It’s transparent so I got to see everything that happened to my mini Aussie mix, Blue Ivy. Jasmine, the groomer was so patient and sweet. Especially considering how rude my pup was being. But they got her really clean and she got a pretty pink pawdicure and they also gave her a little heart tattoo on her butt cheek. The owner was so sweet and gave her a custom collar! I would recommend this place to anyone who really loves their pet. Great service, great grooming and easy to find parking!

Neo Pet Spa is awesome!!! We highly recommend this place! We brought our puppy Lexi here for a bath & haircut and Jasmine did an excellent job! Lexi looked adorable. The staff is very friendly & professional and the prices are great too. Also Lexi received a personalized pink rhinestone collar complimentary :) we will definitely be regulars here!

I was so happy to see the pet spa right next door to my favorite nail spa. The place was super clean and they treated my little frenchie, Bazz like a prince. He needed a bit of a tune up and Neo Pet Spa did an amazing job. He even came out with a brand new collar!!! I don’t trust my pup with just anyone and I was happy to leave him there while mommy when to get a manicure next door. It will now become our biweekly ritual on Saturdays! So happy to have found this little gem!

Poor Sally just got over a bad ear infection so I had to cut the hair around her ears. She had not been groomed for a long time due to the infections. I called Neo Pets and they saw her right away. They covered the inside of her ears, bathed her, fixed what I did and left her looking beautiful. They also gave her a beautiful collar.

I was very excited to try Neo pets since I am already a big fan of Neo nails and I have to say they have not disappointed. My nine year old Yorkie looks great, his coat is shiny and they did a very neat and clean job. I can say this because I am very picky and I always look at the details to see if for example the paws are even or ears and they did a superb job. This is only their second day open and it really shows how much effort they put into the opening of this place. We even walked out with a free personalized collar with my dogs name I am beyond happy. Will be a regular customer!!!
