There they go again! Trying to hid their bad reviews! I have no ulterior motive other than to report bad service! Well, here I go again. It’s true that I never was a customer but it was because of her unprofessional and unreliable service and treatment. I called her a year ago and set up an appointment. When she didn’t show up, I tried to reach her to no avail. When I finally did, she admitted she had gone to the wrong address but instead of calling me, she just blew me off. When I told her how unprofessionally she had treated me, she become rude and nasty. She did seem frazzled and impatient all along so it’s just as well that she didn’t get to touch my dog! I thought to myself at the time that it if she treated me that way, how would she treat my dog who is silent and defenseless!?! Later I saw a negative review of her on FB but when I went to agree, to my dismay it was gone! Fast forward to the latest one on FB, so when I saw it, I couldn’t keep silent. I had to warn my family and friends. They did the same on Unilocal,they had negative reviews taken off! Sooo, that’s my opinion and experience with Miami Paw Spa. Buyer beware!

I wish Liz would bring her van to Atlanta more often! Every time that she comes to Atlanta, I beg her to drive her van so that she can give Sam, my miniature poodle, a good haircut. I have tried a number of shops in the Atlanta area, but there isn’t anyone that I trust as much as Liz. I know how much she loves all dogs and I know that she will treat Sam as well as she treats her own dogs, which is very well! Sam is generally pretty anxious, but when he steps out of the van, he still likes Liz, even after the *horrors* of being bathed and clipped, which is saying a lot for him!
To address the comments by Lilliam S., I have known Liz for years, her mom has been a good friend of mine for over a decade, and I have never heard her raise her voice, not one time. To say that Liz has a heart of gold when it comes to dogs, would be an understatement. She has had clients abandon dogs, she has rescued strays, and once she has exhausted all possibilities of reuniting dogs with their owners, she gives the lucky pups a new lease on life as part of her pack. Any other person, when finding that a client didn’t want their dog and refused to take it back, would take it to the animal shelter, but not Liz. Questioning her love of dogs is just laughable.

Miami Paw Spa is exceptional!!! Liz is absolutely amazing. My 11yr old Yorkie Poo, Samantha, always looks impeccable and is happy as a clam after being groomed. Liz is 110% professional, reliable, punctual, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her customers. We have recommended her to friends and coworkers who also appreciate how great she is. We couldn’t be happier with Miami Paw Spa and Liz!

I have been a loyal customer and big fan of LIZ and Miami Paw Spa mobile grooming for a few years now. I used to drive for an hour and then wait four more hours for my dog to get groomed, and the worst part of that was knowing my baby was on an assembly line and crates in between services. Finding LIZ was a godsend. Not only is she an excellent and caring groomer (and animal advocate), but she is a nice person. My baby has been sick for the last few months and Liz has checked in on us, which is so sweet. I have to say that I am also an excellent client and am always prompt and on time, and so is Liz. If she is ever running even five minutes late, which is rare, she sends me a quick text. My dog adores her and gets the full spa treatment, jacuzzi tub and all. If Liz ever finds anything on my baby (like if her ears were dirtier than usual), she lets me know as soon as I pick up my girl. So we have found our «forever» groomer. I should mention that Liz’s pricing is also very good. I always tip well on top of that. To have my baby have a hands on, full spa experience in about an hour, with no crates, no dryer boxes, no stress from other dogs… is worth a million bucks to us. My babe is older now and had some health issues, and Liz is patient and kind and gentle. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. she also grooms my neighbor’s dog and another neighbor’s kitty… and we all love her.

It is with regret that I write to WARN you of the reprehensibly BAD service of Miami Paw Spa and Liz, the owner/​operator.
Last week, Liz had no qualms about
breaking & rescheduling my dog’s appointment several times throughout the day to suit her convenience, to which I graciously accommodated her.
But on the other hand, today, when (for the first time) I was 11 minutes late for our appt., I found that she had left & refused to return.
She mercilessly stated that she had no time to lose with us and refused to be as accommodating to me as I had been the previous week.
Furthermore, I had to endure her ranting tirade about the value of her time and her hardships!
Now I realize the reason for her MEDIOCRE GROOMING. She is too rushed to do a proper job. The supposed «convenience» of the mobile unit is not worth sacrificing the quality of grooming. Especially when the focus of the convenience is not for the client, but for the groomer.
It is at moments like this that people reveal their true selves.
I have witnessed firsthand the impatient and short-​tempered side of Liz and fear for our beloved indefensible pets left at the mercy of her mean nature.
Unfortunately too late, I have discovered that her CREDENTIALS are BOGUS!
I urge you and your pet to stay far away from Liz of Miami Paw Spa.
