I like this store, been there two times, last time took a tablet. Guys always been helpful and polite.

Worst experience ever! This is an indirect store. Verizon will not support or adjust any wrong doing by this location because it is an «indirect store» — I was lied to about a phone switch– then charged $ 500 on my bill– without a way to reverse the wrong doing of the store. I feel like I’ve been robbed and Verizon is ok with it.

make sure these guys sell you a «new» phone. i recently found out that my blackberry bold was 6 months old when i purchased it (returned by another customer). i looked new to me. i have had it for 7 months and started to have issues with handset. upon calling verizon customer service, i found out that my phone warranty started 6 months before i ever owned it. As it turns out, this place is only an authorized dealer (celular sales of knoxville) Beware of agents pretending to be actual VERIZON stores.
so far verizon and cellular sales are just passing the blame and wasting my time.

Had a few problems with our package plan for hubby and daughter’s cell phone. Came here to fix the situation. This location is new to the downtown area.
The tech helped explain to us every option as he went over our history and listened attentively to all of our needs. He reccomended what we may need to change for the best price. He was knowledgable, friendly, and gave us great choices.
Patiently he waited as we discussed what are best options were, then he changed our plan to accomodate our needs. Excellent service!
We talked about new phones that were coming in the near future and he explained that they would be getting a version of the i-​phone. Hubby also discussed many techy things that made absolute no sense to me at all… lol
Very excited to hear about the new phones in the future as I will switch providers if they do get the i-​phone. Verizon has great Customer Service and this location is a nice addition to the downtown area.
