Before I met Oren, I never cared who did my hair because it grows so quickly. Since then, I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. From color to cut to styling, Oren (and his brother!) does the best job and makes you feel like an absolute princess. I always look forward to visiting the salon and recommend it to everyone i meet. Thank you, Oren!

You have to know this before you go and then decide. I used to go to this salon once in a while for highlights. I always left happy and my hair was never burnt or damaged in any ways. Once during my appointment I learned about this «special keratin» treatment. Special because it allows you to wash your hair right after it is done, sweat or salt water will not affect it, sounds like perfect product! It obviously come with the price. $ 400 for some ppl is not a big deal but I think is a big chunk of money for only one treatment. And I don’t want to say it is overpriced, if we are talking about amazing customer service and magical product it worth it.
I do keratin every year on winter time and the reason I don’t do it during summer is because the salty ocean water and sweat just kills it. This is why this one was just perfect for me.
So after several hours of chemical fumes I was done. They blow dried my hair for me and it looked nice and perfect.
As they washed my hair right after the treatment, the hair didn’t feel heavy and the blow-​dry lasted me for 4 days. The girl called me at the next day to ask how my keratin was doing and as I still had blow dry i told her that we will see when I wash it.
First time I washed my hair and dried it with a blow dryer i noticed that from the middle down the ends were very frizzy and didn’t see same effect as I used to see in previous times when I did keratin. I thought that maybe it was because my blow dryer is old and there where still humidity.
Next time i decided to air dry it. So what was my surprise after I looked into the mirror? My hair was almost same curly and frizzy as without keratin maybe just little bit less waives. I was traveling and could not go right away to the salon but went just after my arrival. Unfortunately for me that Sunday the owner was getting married and then would go to the honeymoon so the assistant told me they will contact me when he comes back.
2 weeks later and no calls I decided to pass by. Oren was there, busy with several clients. I waited for him to be free and explained my concern. My hair was still wet after a wash at that moment so he blowdried one little piece and told me that it all was good. However I showed him that my hair was all curly and with lot of frizz. He tried to convince me that this is how it supposed to be. But come on, it is not my first time doing keratin. We agreed that I will come another day and he will put me some treatment and see if it fixes the frizz.
Week later i came again. His brother started talking to me trying to explain me that for this keratin there is only one mask that will work and if I don’t use it my keratin will never look good… I challenged him as if this mask is a must for this keratin to work they should include it in the package and not just suggest the use. He kindly tried to convince me to get the mask he even offered me to put it on me and try it. This is when Oren turned from his client and in high tone told me that he called the maker of the keratin and they told him that if it did some change to my hair and if you blow dry it without a brush and it dries straight so product worked and this is a problem with the hair. Then he told me that as my hair is color treated and maybe because I drive a little Vespa all this make my hair frizzy and that besides that I had 48 hours to complain.
I felt attacked as all that was told with kinda aggressive tone which I honestly didn’t expect. I’ve been polite all the time trying to get answers for why it didn’t work. I spoke with very low voice because there were other customers.
I am not a person who will go to your business screaming and claiming money back (maybe I should try it some day) I respect ppl’s work and understand that sometimes there might be something that goes wrong. But blaming a customer or his lifestyle for that is not ok. Attacking the customer who was loyal and only spoke good about you and your business is not fair at all. I guess nothing in Miami can keep with good service for long time.

Went to Oren salon yesterday based on the Unilocal reviews and SO glad I did! This is my first Unilocal review I think ever and I am doing it because I think Oren did such a fantastic job with the color I was looking for. I am super indecisive when it comes to my hair and he helped talk me through what I should do and why based on my skin tone. The color came out the best I’ve ever had! Thanks Oren!!!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! I was visiting here from NY and decided to get my hair highlighted w a few low lights at the Ritz Carlton. Not really sure what happened but my hair color which was previously highlighted turned into brassy roots with ashy green ends. I was miserable and didn’t think it was possible to correct this without further damaging my hair. I stumbled upon Oren Salon after reading many positive reviews and they were all spot on! Oren greeted me with positive energy and confidence. He made me believe that he could fix my mess and he exceeded my expectations. He transformed my green lifeless hair into gorgeous beautiful highlights w no damage to hair. Then he cut my hair which was an amazing experience in itself! I never thought i would be able to love my hair again! Oren is the ultimate hair God! I already told my husband that we need to make trips from NY to south beach more often so that i can get my hair done! Even my favorite NY stylist does not hold a candle to the amazing work Oren is capable of! I Highly recommend this salon!

My friend brought me here to get my hair color. At the first walking, Oren welcome both of us. He explained everything that i needed to ask for color and brand of colors. He was the best color expert that i met. Finally, my hair came out super deep and smooth color quality. I got a lot of common from my coworkers. High recommended this salon

Love my keratin treatment! This was my 3^rd visit to Oren Salon for keratin. The salon is open on Sundays which was very convenient for me. Oren and Shaked tag team seamlessly in the shampooing, keratin application, blow drying process. Their shampoo bowl with its head support provides the most comfortable hair washing experience ever! My hair is shiny and silky and takes only minutes now to blow dry. While in the salon, I watched Oren transform another clients’ lifeless head of hair to a glowing blond halo along with a super haircut. I definitely recommend Oren Salon!

Oren’s brother was amazing! A perfectionist who took his time and made my hair look beautifully flawless. Best Balayage treatment I’ve ever had.

Oren is an amazing hair stylist in South Beach. Both mine and my boyfriend’s hair has never looked better! The salon is always clean and filled with incredible energy. Both him and his brother are hilarious and make the appointment fly-​by! Highly recommend :)

Had the best experience at oren hair salon today! It’s my very first time ever coloring my hair so I wanted to make sure I went to the best! I’ve been researching salons literally for two years because this was such a huge decision for me. A friend of a friend that I met at a bridal shower has the most amazing hair. I had to ask where she got it done and she said it was at oren so I knew that’s where I needed to go. they exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend to anyone. Very professional very friendly 5 stars all the way around.

This is the place you go when you have to look flawless. They can fix any color gone awry. Everyone who works on the team is conscientious and very personable. It would be hard to go anywhere else after here as I can honestly say they are the best I have ever experienced and I have had my hair done all over the world.

Love my hair! It’s a been a while since I’ve mustered up courage to do something different. Oren was fantastic. He took the time to explain the process I was about to undergo for Balayage highlights. The colors blend well with my skin complexion. Will be back and will be highly recommending this place.

Oren is an absolute hair GOD! Master hair colorist. There’s not many (if any) hair stylists you can close your eyes and completely trust but Oren is definitely the exception! He never disappoints! Thank you Oren!!!

I am so glad that I chose Oren salon based on the Unilocal reviews. It was the perfect choice! I was in town for a few days and in desperate need of a cut, so after some research I decided on this quaint salon. It was very clean and modern and the staff were very nice and helpful. I was planning a huge change, chopping off more than 8 inches into a long bob and was worried about finding the right person to do the job. I couldn’t have picked a better person. Oren was very personable and took the time to really listen to my ideas. He offered helpful suggestions based on my hair texture and daily haircare routine and explained what he was doing every step of the way. In speaking with him I could tell he had extensive experience which made me confide in him even more.
I am beyond happy with my cut and now that I’ve styled it myself for the past few weeks, I can see he really is a master. It is easy to style and has great volume without being too overwhelming for my face. I think I may have found my new signature cut. My only regret is that I don’t live in Miami and will have to find someone in Boston who can replicate this cut.

This salon is by far one of the best I have ever been to. I just had a haircut & color. Oren and his staff are amazing hairstylists. Excellent costumer service!

Love love love what Oren did with my hair! Got the perfect layered cut with side swept bangs and touched up my roots to blend perfectly with the rest of my hair. He’s very thoughtful of the condition of my hair and knew exactly what it needed. I rarely visit a salon twice but I think I found one all visit again and again.

I don’t typically write reviews, but Oren is an amazing colorist and deserves the recommendation. I’ve been seeing him for over a year and he has taken me from brunette to blonde without damage or change in hair texture. I can still wear my wavy hair natural without that frizzy/​dry/​limp look some blondes have. His ombré and balayage highlights grow out beautifully. Andrea is also very sweet.

I came here due to the great Unilocal reviews! I wanted a really subtle ombré and I’m so glad I came here. Oren did exactly what I wanted and let him call the shots since he’s the expert. I did show him some pictures of types of hair I was looking for and he was great at guiding me which way I should go without being pushy at all! I am one very very happy customer and will definitely come back! The salon is nice and clean and very chic :) The receptionist is very nice and was helpful when it came to parking as well. Overall a great experience and awesome custom service. Will definitely come back here for haircuts, color anything!

Went to Oren to get my hair fixed and I must say he is amazing. Very knowledgeable when it comes to color and makes sure to take care of your hair. A true artist! Oren along with the rest of his staff are very nice and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive until you leave. I waited till my next visit to write this review just to make sure that he was legit and my hair stood up to his promises. Worth every penny! Thank you for changing my life!

Where to start?
Oren is the hair doctor, I came in with orange hair from a horrible dye job from another salon. We had a consultation and I immediately felt at ease. He knew exactly what my vision was and nailed it on the actual appointment day. The color product he uses is phenomenal my hair feels just as smooth as it did before I started dying it and my super sensitive scalp didn’t itch as it usually does when I get it colored.
I am definitely coming back to get my haircuts here as well, he fixed up the front layers for me and by doing so little it brought so much life back to my hair.
