Aweful customer service! UV machines are old and do not heat properly. Charged extra for filing the nails. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place and go somewhere else.

The worst ever ! Bad service and I removed my nail polish as soon as I got home — that’s how bad it was ! I told the guy who did my nails who kept on repeating the price of how much I owed. He did not want to fix my nail that he did bad saying it was «the shape of my nail» lol

Walked in late on Thursday night, they were the only nail salon still open. Took me right away did a great job! Will deff go back!

I came in a little late on a Saturday night. My friends and I walked in at 8:20, 40 mins before closing. Because they were busy, we weren’t seen until 8:45 which is understood.
My concern however isn’t with the time or the volume of customers, it’s with the cleanliness of the establishment.
I came in for a pedicure. The nail tech sat me in a chair that was previously occupied by another girl. Immediately after she got up, the nail tech drained the tub and started running warm water. The tub was never scrubbed or wiped down. In addition to the tub, the nail tech’s tools were not clean. She had pulled her cuticle cutter out of a random drawer in her station; my friends told me that their nail techs had used tools in sterized packs. My nail tech used nail files that were obviously used on other people. They were filthy and covered in nail dust. This is unacceptable.
I’m also a bit irritated with the inconvenience. The nail tech did not want to run my debit card. I’m assuming this is because the machine was shut off for closing. She asked me to go to the atm around the corner to pull out cash to pay her. I’m not too familiar with the area but this is a pretty unsafe request at 9pm regardless of location. When I came back, she had already decided how much I was going to tip her. When I told her that I actually wanted to give her 20% for her services and if I could have the rest of my change back, she got irritated.
If you decide to go here, please be careful and make sure that the instruments they are using on you are clean to avoid risk of infection.

I go here weekly and I have a good experience every time ! Love getting my pedicure, acrylic nails and waxing done here ! Would recommend and for shorter wait time make sure you make an appointment!

I usually stay clear of services on the beach. Workers are usually rude (workers here where actually nice) and prices are crazy tourist prices. However, I decided to try them out and called ahead to get their mani and pedi ‘special’. My mani and pedi came out nice and looked great, but nothing jaw dropping. Throughout the entire service the lady kept trying to upsell me and I repeatedly told her no (which was a little annoying and took some of the relaxation out of the experience). Got the bill and apparently she preformed an additional $ 20 service on me that I didn’t ask for. Can’t complain, as a local, I’ve learned to expect sneaky service on South Beach aimed at trying to pull fast ones on vacationers. If you plan on going, be prepared to pay a premium or be 150% clear that you don’t want any additional services.

Worst service I ever had in my whole life! I wish I could give this nail salon 0 stars! You should stay away from that place! Very rode and unprofessional people! The guy who took care of me was very violent to me only because I said he didn’t clean any of my cuticles! I’m very disappointed! Just don’t waist your time and money! BIG NO NO NO

I am a nail Fanatic and I would most Definitely say this place is Amateur night when it comes to acrylics. My white tip was polished on as if a student was practicing And on top of that my gel polish wasn’t smoothly applied. I would have rather go to nail republic which is a block down the street.

When it comes to getting my nails done, I expect very little. Take off any dead skin, make my nails look good, don’t hurt me, and apply polish. During my pedicure with huyung, She repeatedly pulled off parts of my toe that hurt and I repeated to tell her it hurt. She ignored me so I pulled my foot away. Besides hurting me, she seemed clueless to the order of operation for pedicures. I’m actually curious whether she even has a license to do this? Finally, she painted my nails in such a weird order, jumping from foot to foot. I do have to say she is very nice, and and would make a great office lady. Also, she did take tools out of the autoclave so I was a little relived that the tools she was making me bleed with were sterile at least. But besides that she shouldn’t be doing nails.

My favorite place to get my nails and eyelashes done. Ask for Nancy she does a amazing job with coffin nails.

Unfriendly staff and sloppy work. Although the guy was fast he did a really sloppy work on simple acrylic nails. I left very disappointed and I’m not coming back

One of the worst places i have been. I am traveling and just needed a quick manicure. The place across the street had a long wait, so we came here.
Customer service was the worst. The guy doing my nails was texting while my hands were being soaked. While we was cleaning up my nails, his phone rang and he proceeded to pick it up and talked on the phone the whole time while doing my manicure. I think that was so rude not clean! That is so nasty to pick up your phone while doing someones nails.
I will never to back.

This salon is the rudest salon out! Customer Service does not exist and they are very disrespectful!
I was on holidays and went by to repair two nails, the lady there started to remove all nail polish to give me a new set. When I reminded her I am here for only two repairs, she argued to not paint my nails back, repaired the two nails for $ 20 and then refused to give me lotion for my hands.
I was mortified, and saddened that a business like this exists and happy there are forums to share our experiences!

Nancy is the best! My girlfriend was losing her S@!T because she had to get her nails done before our cruise leaving the next morning and it was 6pm. We had been to 3 other salons and none of them could do designs and did such a bad job she was in tears. Nacy and everyone at SOBE calmed her right down. Asked her just what she wanted and then went to work. They closed, but Nancy stayed for almost an hour extra just to get everything right. She was so sweet and we were laughing and having fun in no time. She really made my girlfriend comfortable at at the end… My girlfriend got better than what she wanted to begin with. Thank you SOBE and thank you NANCY!!! if you want the best mani-​pedi & design… Go to NANCY AT SOBE!!!

This was a HORRIBLE experience and the technician that did my nails was disrespectful and rude. We told her we just wanted a Polish change because we were only in town for the weekend. She was upset so when I got to the chair she stated this looks horrible you need a pedicure I started week that was rude and she stated well you look bad… Then proceeded to laugh and speak a different language if I could give negative stars I would

I came here to get my nails done with my boyfriend they had us waiting for 15 minutes this service is really ghetto they were talking negative stuff about us and airline way to giggling all types of attitude not doing the job right I don’t recommend nobody to come here this place is horrible they wax his back in the hallway instead off a private room like the right way they should’ve had thy took another costumer that came after us in the room this place is all about there money they don’t care about giving good customer service

What a find … My daughter and I both had a new set of gel finger and toe nails by two great technicians Amy and Nicole they look a million dollars, great service so polite and friendly, highly recommend !

Nail salon can be hit or miss sometimes… we found this spot while walking around the area… when I go back to FL i will go back again for treatment.

The stuff is Vietnamese. but they are cool!
