I contacted Mr. Warren (Gerry) for our new home inspection back in April. Gerry walked us through the entire process and explained to us what we should expect, and fit us in on the schedule to have an early Sunday morning appointment. He arranged to have John as our inspector, and he was truly wonderful! John took about 2.5 hours to conduct a very thorough inspection, and patiently explained everything to us as he went along. He pinpointed issues that we had no idea about. The very next day after our inspection we received a detailed 24 page inspection report with pictures. Service was priced reasonably, and was way less than two quotes I received from two other local inspection companies. We had the best service and are very lucky to have had the expertise and knowledge of Gerry and his team. They are professional, honest, and extremely thorough. Highly recommended!

Top Notch Home Inspectors! I am a first time home buyer and called Jerry to set up an inspection on a foreclosure property I found. I needed it done on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, and they had no issue coming at my requested time. Jerry is SUPER knowledgable! He explained the whole process in detail to me. John was our inspector. He was on time and was incredibly thorough! He took 3 hours with us and answered all our questions, and found lots of issues with the home (that we didn’t realize on our own). It was a very educational experience to say the least! He knows his stuff and gave us the facts! He sent me a VERY detailed 62 page report with pictures and explanations of all the issues! Very clear and to the point. Best $ 350 I ever spent! Saved me from buying a home with way too many issues and repairs needed. I will hire them again when I find another home to buy! Simply the BEST home inspectors in NJ!

I contacted Gerry Warren for a pre sale home inspection. It ran me about $ 450 and came with a very thorough 14 page report. Our inspector was Rich and he was cooperative, informative, and patient as we explored the house. He was very good at telling us what was an immediate issue and what was an easy fix. While Gerry’s service was a little more expensive than other companies, the level of communication and willingness to share and teach made them well worth the expense.

One of the best home inspection teams out there, no joke. I work in construction/​engineering as a project supervisor and my experience enables me know just how thorough these guys are.
Their reports are clear and concise and delivered in a timely manner. It’s great having a 45 page report with pictures and everything to help organize what’s needed to negotiate a fair deal in a real estate transaction. I’ve witnessed the work of other inspectors, and these guys blow them out of the water.
My most recent inspection was the third time I’ve used these guys, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
