History

Established in 1986.

Providing over a Half-​Century of Air Conditioning service!

Since the dawn of air conditioning, a member of the Brown family has had a hand in providing cooling service for Valley residents. 1^st Generation Brown lived and breathed air conditioning since the cooling system emerged in the 1950s, working as a territory manager for a major air conditioner manufacturer before starting his own company in the 1970s. 2^nd Generation Brown started in the business as a teenager, working for his dad’s company until 1983, when he passed away and then started his own company. Now in the family’s third generation; Brown’s son, Tim is the Exec.V.P. and running the day to day buisness. Just like his father, he too came up through the ranks, crawling through attics, climbing on roofs and doing installations. Today, Tim is still very hands on out in the filed and it’s not uncommon to see him with toolbags on if that is what it takes to get the job done and keep our customers 100% satisfied!
