Not the happiest with my experience here. Brought two cars in for an «all over check» before a long road trip… plus some other issues that I KNEW were wrong. Was told, «Yeah, we normally check the whole car for any issues…» Ok, fine.
Get a very quick, rushed call later that day with some of their «findings» before the repairs were started… and they didn’t even MENTION the issues I knew for sure needed fixing (leaking oil). So I bring it up and «Oh yeah, that too.»
One of the cars makes a weird noise when left in idle… I wanted it looked into… yet they claim it didn’t make the noise for them. So THAT issue never got fixed.
Anyways, the bill was cheaper then expected because they honestly didn’t do much with either car.
The day after picking them up, one of the cars brakes were squeaking HORRIBLY. Like, the type of squeak you get if you wait WAY too long to fix them. Weird thing is… they weren’t squeaking like that before I brought it in.
I brought the car in to a DIFFERENT repair shop the next day, and the brakes ended up needing $ 1200 in repairs because they were so bad. So much for really looking over the car huh? Not blaming this shop for my brakes being bad… but how do you not notice that?
Maybe other people have had better experiences with this location, but I’ll keep searching until I find someone who I feel better giving my money to…

I’m impressed.
Four star score may improve as I deal with them more. Took my car in for a 10 minute oil sending unit replacement. Jaime comes back 10 minutes later and tells me I have a leaking oil seal on my filter bracket. I knew that. He spotted a needed repair unprompted. Said he’d do the 10 minute job free and just charge me for the oil filter seal. His time is what he charged, not the 2 hr shop book states. A few other conversations in there too. They are off to a great start.

It’s me again! Yes, I complained, but Jaime called me and was very sincere and said they stand by their work and want to fix my leaking tranny pan. I took the car back and they brought me home and Jaime called an expert to get a recommendation on the best gasket. It’s on order and they are going to replace it on Saturday. Hopefully this will be the one! I am giving them 5 stars for their willingness to work on this to resolve it, and their great attitude! I’ll let you know what happens, but suffice it to say I’ve changed my mind about these guys for the better!

I have been using New Dimensions for over 10 years. They do the oil changes and mechanical work when needed. They have rebuilt engines, brakes, and most everything in between on our family and company vehicles. Estimates have been accurate for repairs. I have never had a problem with repairs or price. The owners and staff are friendly and good to work with. I would definitely recommend them any automotive service work.

My entire family has been taking their cars to New Dimensions for greater than 5 years. They are honest (regardless of your age or gender), and I would recommend their services to anyone.

New Dimensions Automotive has been servicing my two cars for over 8 years. I have found the staff to be extremely competent, honest, and friendly. The shop prices are competitively priced. They are a Mom and Pop company and have repeatedly provided me with the high quality, extra-​effort, go-​out-​of-​their-​way type of service that has, unfortunately, all but disappeared. I absolutely trust their recommendations and the work they perform on my vehicles.
