I graduated with a degree in Supply Chain Management which study has allowed companies like Walmart and Toyota to increase their revenue, decrease waste and take out inefficiencies. As I began to study the principles behind their successes I began to see correlations between these corporations operate and how it relates to Property Management. The most important aspect is looking at the operation from beginning to end because if one part of the chain breaks, the whole operation is impaired. The same is true in property management. That is why we market the home the best way, attract the most qualified tenant, contract with superior vendors, and inspect the homes regularly so that owners and tenants alike have a positive experience. I am committed to ever improving. Having managed a couple hundred units locally to thousands of units for a national company I understand the risks involved in rentals.
