AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs

Thanks to Mark Thomas, Service Manager at Superstition Springs, for taking care of our 2008 Impala, and replacing a damaged seat cover and floor mat. His professionalism and customer service were excellent.

apparently since the sale has gone through the customer service is only to make the initial sale and then leave you out high and dry. since purchasing vehicle i still have not received my financial information of who my lender is, when my payments are due and how to pay. i was told my first payment was due april 26^th, so here i am 1 week away from when i was told my payments were due and still clueless on the financial institution. in addition since then i have had more credit inquiries on my credit, i get notifications when they happen and since leaving (with vehicle and signing documents mind you). i gave additional information to the person i was dealing with, getting no notification and come to find out he has quit and left me out to dry and something as simple as an auto reply or forwarded to another associate would be satisfactory. i also have not received my plates which my temporaries will expire next week same day my payment is due and i have received nothing.
do not buy from autonation once the sale has gone through you get ignored. this is exactly why people hate the car buying process and you need to read reviews to see how you are treated before sale, during and after.
even after telling them to stop running my credit and that i did not authorize them to run my credit passed the initial time at the dealership all of places had hard hit inquiries on my credit (30 days past being at the dealership).
these places continue to hit my credit as of april 19^th a week after i told them to stop running my credit:

i did not authorize these but they continue to run my credit and lower my credit score and i repeat i have told them to stop running my credit and still it gets run. they have gone rogue on my credit to finalize the deal now that they are in panic mode realizing i have a vehicle with no financing. had my lawyer run the vin with the dmv and still no paperwork to be received.
stay clear of auto nation.

Brought in a relatives vehicle in for a scheduled service. I showed up 10 minutes early for a 10am appointment. I wondered around for about 45min to an hour. I came back and the vehicle had yet to be serviced, or in a bay. I asked the associate who checked me in what their goal is to have a vehicle done by with an appointment. He told me an Hour and a Half to two hours! The service to be done was only an oil change. A more reasonable amount of time, like 45min to an hour, would have been more expected. I did appreciate the quality of the work provided, and the complimentary car wash, but the wait time is not acceptable to me, especially since I had made an appointment. Appointments should take priority, and the sales associate should have communicated better about the expected wait time, and also communicated everything that will be done to the vehicle. We all have better things to do than sit around the dealership waiting. I will return here for service, mostly because of the Warranty for the free oil changes. Just hope with these comments, there can be some improvements made for the experience of current and future customers.

I’ll keep this brief; parked in front of the show room looked for an associate and didn’t see one, walked to the vehicle I was interested in expecting someone to ask if I needed help… no one showed, I walked to more vehicles in the series… still no help. Finally I walked back to my car and laughed as I was stared down by an associate under the awning, never once asked if I needed help. Would have loved to have used the approved auto loan do on the black Chevrolet Colorado in the eastern lot. My money and I are gone. Tell «mister shades» that, the next time he decides to stare down a customer, he might be staring down a $ 27,000 sale with no conditions.

My mechanic is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He makes sure to explain recommendations so that I can understand them… Never a hard sell tactic! I rely on them for all my auto needs. This is the 4^th car we have purchased with this dealer and I highly recommend them!

Made the earliest appointment available (7AM) because I had to be at work by 12. It’s taken over 5 AND ½ HOURS to get a battery replacement! The only reason I come back is because I have a GM warranty on the car. If you can avoid this place, do so! There is a reason this place has a 1.2 OUT OF 5 STARS ON THE BBB WEBSITE! DO NOT COME HERE!

I always have a great experience here here at the service department. robert adams is awsome and he is really why i still come here.

So we’re clear… we have proof, supported by authority, that their negligence resulted in irreparable damage to our vehicle. They have insulted us, ignored us, and continue to deny responsibility. They have ignored the BBB, the FTC, the State AG’S office, and local news. Scott Sniffen (GM) and Mark Thomas (SM) have chosen not to deal with us… failing to respond or reply to our numerous attempts to reach them — 3 months now. This is a horrible business run by shady folks. Do Not Do Business with AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs!
Molly B. … quit playing concern for your customers… you and I both know the GM doesn’t want to talk to anyone with a problem or complaint. Your business is crooked and your people shameful.
Fortunately for us, there is all of this and more, which they cannot avoid any longer. Time is up. They will be forced to respond soon enough.

I had a challenging experience with ACSS today. After negotiating with two different sales reps over the course of 3 days, We eventually agreed on a fair price for a vehicle that was a good fit for my family. I had made arrangements with my primary sales rep to come down the same evening and make the purchase. I instructed him to have the paperwork ready as I would be providing my own financing. I spent the morning on the phone securing financing and setting up insurance. My wife and I were quite excited to find this vehicle after a long search. After work, I drove 30 minutes to the dealer to complete the transaction. Upon my arrival, I was told by another sales rep that my rep was off for the day, and to my great shock, the vehicle had been sold just hours before to another customer! The sale rep tried to make light of it and rubbed salt in my wound stating, he would have sold the car as well if given the same opportunity. I don’t think he felt my frustration and I walked away angered by his misinterpretation of what had just transpired.
I did receive an email apology from one of the sales reps, but the damage was already done. I can only guess this was a huge communication error, lack of team work, or some combination of both. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at ACSS anytime in the near future.

Regret purchasing my car here. Go elsewhere. Customer service is horrible after you make your purchase

Had a great experience at this dealership, and that’s saying something from a former dealer-​skeptic! We worked with Hayden was friendly and made the entire process pretty straight-​forward and relaxed. We knew what we wanted, so we were in and out of there in a few hours. Everyone was very professional and not overly pushy, and we’ll be shopping for our next Chevy here!

Great dealership!!! I went in to get a recall fixed on my Saturn and they were able to do some research to get my shifter fixed under specialty coverage. Will be going back to buy a car!

Love this dealership. Ryan is a well seasoned salesmen. He is very respectful and a genuine nice guy. We were in and out quickly. .no games here. Nice atmosphere clean and calm. I wpuld highly recommend my family and friends.

Worst customer service ever. They are argumentative, not helpful & all around not pleasant to deal with. Can’t wait to trade this Chevy Malibu– NEVER AGAIN!

In regards to the service department…
The customer service is lacking, and so is the accountability. Came in here for the second time to get car re-​serviced because something was wrong after the first time. Guy proceeds to tell me it was because I was doing something wrong. Really?! Best customer service ever!!! If you want to deal with a bunch of knuckle heads come on over to this sh*t show. GTFO.

I had a great experience buying a new car here. My salesman Roberto was knowledgeable, the whole team made it an easy and pleasant experience.

I had my oil changed they have the worst customer service ever. They didn’t even go thru the check list with me. They don’t even talk to you when u drive your car in. They keep calling me to trade in my car but not going to do business with them. If they can’t even do a oil change without good customer service.

I had to take my car in for its first maintenance trip, but having bought my car at a dealership 3 hours away, I had to find a closer dealership. There were only a couple of issues… more of a «it would have been nice to know this» than a gripe and now that my «first time there» experience is out of the way, they shouldn’t be an issue anymore. Outside of the following things, everything else went absolutely perfect. Everyone was really friendly and the shuttle service was great! Would definitely recommend.
1 — The first is that I scheduled the appointment online and for whatever reason, it wouldn’t tell me that this was a covered maintenance trip. I was sure I shouldn’t be charged but making the appointment showed me that I was going to be charged in the appointment summary.
2 — When I drove up, there weren’t any signs that told me where to go. I had to ask around and ended up asking other customers at first. Either way, there doesn’t seem to be a central «check in».
3 — I dropped off my car at 1pm or so. I chose to have the shuttle bring me home but they didn’t pick me up to get me back to my car until around 5pm. I wasn’t expecting it to take that long and it would have been nice to have an estimate for how long it was going to be.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had by a Sales Team.
After waiting several months to purchase a vehicle from them (it was waiting for recall parts) we finally get the all clear to come in and pick it up. My daughter had already filled out the credit app, was assured everything was in good shape, then after 2 hours of additional paperwork, they tell her she needs a cosigner! what a colossal waste of time… all of this could have been determined via fax or email but they do not respect anyone’s time and drag you in there… now we get to spend more time there tomorrow!!! If she didn’t have her heart set on the vehicle, I would just tell them to **ck OFF!
