I am not surprised that 99% of the reviews left concerning this company are 1 star. It is a shame that companies continue to exists and sustain themselves as a business with this type of reprehensible and utterly unprofessional demeanor. In a true free market system they would be driven to complete ruin and bankruptcy due to their tarnished reputation and horrendous track record as a business. Based on all of these reviews, it is certain that no one at Harvard Business Solutions cares about their reputation with clients and customers. I attribute this fact to the idiocy and the collective stupidity of the various commercial & residential properties who continue to hire these buffoons. I am grateful that I am NOT a condo owner who is part of a community that has to deal with their dubious behavior and less then stellar performance. My gripe is in relation to their lack of communication as I inquired via email regarding a certain property which was for sale at a very competitive price. My Realtor, Shane Miller of ReMax tried for roughly 2 weeks to obtain some very pertinent information from this useless management company. They simply ignore any attempts by potential buyers and Realtor’s who inquire about property they manage. This compounds matters especially when one of the properties happens to be for sale. I had emailed the general office asking in an attempt to get some much needed information that my Realtor could not obtain. Specifically, in relation to the sale of a condo that was listed for several months and the price was steadily decreasing: Verification of the HOA and any expected increase? If so, when and how much? Any special assessments are planed and if so, when and for what repair. etc? What is the current delinquency rate for the HOA fees? What is the community reserves? Is the master insurance sufficient/coverage. I never received any response. My Realtor never received any response. The listing agent who herself, has also been strangely incognito, also never conveyed any information and that relevant to the property i was interested in purchasing. I assume in her frustration at dealing with this unprofessional company, it was much easier to also avoid answering emails, phone calls or text messages. As if the realty market did not have enough against it with excessive surplus, restrictive loan procedures and rising interest rates. If you are a commercial or residential association, do NOTHIRE this company. If you are a potential buyer and they manage the association, RUN and do not do business with this incompetent and unethical company. I am certain Harvard University(Business) school would have nothing to do with these crooks.

In my opinion and based on my personal experience, these people couldn’t manage snow delivery to a group of Eskimos.

I find that the people at havard management, like most of these companies are more about enforcement and fee collections, so I really have low expectations anyway. But the people at Harvard should recognize they work for the condo owners, who pay their salaries, and should make it their business to enhance life at the condos. If you have a problem, don’t expect these people to care, they don’t. They will ignore you, deny any responsibility, and generally act rude and unprofessional. they charge a special assessment, and cant or won’t tell you how the money is to be spent. I will put part blame on the board, who are a group of stooges anyway. They need to be fired as far as I’m concerned.

I’ve not had the best dealings with them. I acknowledge that they exist to enforce association rules and therefore, usually the only time you need to deal directly with them is if there is a problem. The general attitude I’ve encountered is less than helpful and more geared towards enforcement and punishment. I will say that new property rep is much better than the previous one that retired. The latter didn’t like to return phone calls or answer emails, meanwhile she would be right on top of things when it came to issuing fines or calling to get your car towed.
