ZERO STARS. If you are a contractor doing work on property Evergreen Management manages, good luck getting paid on time. Twice I have now worked for property owners that are managed by evergreen and I have had to chase down the money they owed me. I would give them zero stars but can’t in Unilocal

ZERO STARS. please look up shamut property management and granite commercial group. they keep changing their name because the word is getting out that they are complete slime. DO NOT ever buy a condo that they manage. i did and i immediately regret it. every single month is a new issue with these guys and they won’t return your calls or emails under any circumstance.

Evergreen Management is the property management company for my condo association at Brookside at Andover, in Andover, Ma.
Their approach toward the condo owners here is to nasty and short memos about all the rules broken within the condo association instead of actually dealing with the offenders. They treat us like we are all offender when in fact it is very few people causing any issues.
They forget that the unit owners pay their fees and are their customers. Instead they treat us like children that they lecture and scold.
There could use some serious customer service training.
