Business Owner

Ever since I was a kid, I always enjoyed cooking and baking. I was always intrigued how a simple mix of a few ingredients could produce such delicious results. I remember taking copious mental notes as I watched my mom — who, by the way, is the best cook in the world! — create her culinary masterpieces. As a matter of fact, I loved being in the kitchen so much, that I nearly lost a foot (okay, that might be a little melodramatic, but there really was a «foot incident.» Ha ha!).

Over the years, and through lots of trial and error, I became pretty good at baking, and with the encouragement of my friends and my sister, I decided to start my own business at home. I have never had any formal culinary education or training, but I keep up with the latest baking trends and techniques, and I’m pretty good at what I do! :)

I still work a full-​time day job and teach piano at night, but my real passion is baking. You’ll see and taste it in my desserts. Enjoy!
