James first developed a passion for real estate watching his father Richard Shute, work in multiple facets of the industry since the 1980’s. Richard has been a lender, a real estate agent and now currently works as a short sale negotiator. James got his professional start in real estate working as personal assistant to Jeanne Tully, an agent with 23 years experience at the Mercer Island Coldwell Banker Bain office when she began to expand in to the short sale market. This is where James found his niche and has focused solely on short sales ever since, making him your most trusted advisor during this stressful time.
