Specialties

Wingstop specializes in buffalo wings, boneless strips and wings, with 9 different sauces available (Hawaiian BBQ, Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesean, Lemon Pepper, Mild, Hickory Smoke BBQ, Original Hot, Cajun, and Atomic). In addition, we create our own Pearl Potato Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Bourbon Baked Beans, and Fresh Cut Seasoned Fries. Our homemade ranch and bleu cheese dips are excellent.

We sell over 25 different types of beer and have oldies music playing over the speakers. Our televisions are always tuned to sports. A great family restaurant with all orders made to order.

We are open 7 days a week from 11am to midnight. You can order at the restaurant, call in your order at 209.383.9464, or order online at www.wingstop.com.

We hope to see you soon!

Meet the Business Owner

Eldridge J.

Business Owner

Seven years after losing his job during a technology layoff in Silicon Valley, Eldridge Johns is celebrating a new milestone — his 4 year anniversary as a successful Wingstop [www.wingstop.com] owner and operator.

After first trying real estate, the Los Banos resident and his wife, Vanessa, opened their restaurant at 779 E. Yosemite Avenue in 2006, and the signature bone-in chicken wings and strips available in 9 proprietary flavors were an immediate hit.

«I looked into franchises when I was laid off in 2002, and at the time I was unsure of what industry to invest in,» said Johns. «After some time working in real estate, I came back to franchising.»

His broad customer base includes the growing college population at the University of California at Merced, which opened its campus the same year as Johns’ Wingstop.

«We have a great relationship with the University and its students. Wingstop stays open until midnight, which really appeals to our college guests,» said Johns.
