That’s costumer service at its finest. My phone is cracked and i had to file a claim. Fabian helped me and my husband and he was fast, courteous, and cool. He made us feel like we were important customers. We went to the stockton sprint store and no one even acknowledged us. This is a big plus for us. But just a heads up, they do not take any kind of payments at this location.

Bad service!!! I’ve been here for 20 minutes and it doesn’t look like I will be getting that help soon. Every time I come here, there’s either 1 or 2 sales associate and they’re always busy. That should definitely change if their service is taking this long. SMH.

I’ve been a sprint customer for about 12 years, but now I cannot wait to change my service provider next year. Primarily, due to my experiences at this particular sprint store. When I have come to this store I cringe when I see this one particular employee working because I know he has no interest in helping, whatsoever. Even if he can’t help with my problem he should at least be nice and respectful, instead he acts like it’s the biggest inconvenience that I’ve had the audacity to come into the store. Sorry for interrupting your slacking! Other employees there, however, have been very nice and helpful on other occasions, but even the thought of having to deal with him again completely turned me off of sprint. Also, sprint has terrible service in Merced. When I called to ask about the terrible service they offered to give me a box that I could install in my home that would improve my service in my home only… Is it just me or is that pretty much making my MOBILE phone into a HOME phone… Basically, please do yourself a favor and do not choose sprint if you live in Merced. And unless you want to be disrespected, avoid going to the Merced sprint store at all costs.

Had to leave T-Mobile after 10+ years of service because of the customer service charging me for a phone i returned! So I went to AT&T way to packed, service was slow over an hour wait… Last stop Sprint! Instantly picked 2 New Galaxy 3s and an iPhone for my company. Fast and friendly customer service, good discounts on accessories. overall im happy!
