For $ 175, you get an entire floor in a 2 family colonial. It offers a fully furnished apt, complete w a kitchen, washer, dryer and most of all privacy.
Scott, the proprietor is extremely welcoming and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and is happy to help w recommendations for restaurants, sites, etc.
I’d recommend having a car if you do stay here. While its only 1 mile from downtown — Beale st, etc. I’d imagine it would be tough to get around without the car. Gated, secure parking is included.
I don’t know if I’ll make it back to Memphis, but I’d certainly stay here again!
