Absolutely a great place to get some good healthy food. I have seen a lot of pictures of the food from knowing the chef that works there which he is a very nice and cool guy to chat with. Hopefully good things continue to good well at this establishment. I see this kind of place continuing to do well in this area.

What can I say? I love this place. Bedrock is a great little paleo café on South Main… but even if you’re not«paleo» or don’t know what that is, you will still love the food! Bedrock has become my downtown coffee shop, simply because I have a go-to coffee mug for when I sit in for a cup after a morning workout, but they also have to-go cups and I really enjoy the atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax in the morning before heading to work. The food is great — and paleo-compliant! Bedrock released a new menu this morning complete with three new breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, and waffles. They also have menus from which you can pre-order meals for the week. If you haven’t already, check it out!

I’ve only been here a couple of times but LOVE it! I was confused on the concept from the website, but there«grab and go» items can be anything from waffles to sandwiches to smoothies. The sweet potato hash browns are INCREDIBLE!!! And the staff has always been super friendly on the phone and in person. I definitely recommend that you try it.

This place is definitely a must stay in Memphis! The power waffles are so huge and tasty! You need two syrups and a side of bacon to feel complete. They have daily specials and boy oh boy they are over my normal $ 10 lunch budget but when I splurge this is where I go bc it is dayuuuum good! I haven’t had a bad meal yet. They give good portions and offer so many healthy options it’s insane considering they didn’t skimp on flavor! Which is a huge bonus. They also have market items and juices. Great addition to downtown. And Memphis period!

Alright place, it’s definitely unique and I appreciate that they attempt to serve healthy food, unusual for the area. But the place seems to be going through an awkward type of identity crisis. They label themselves as healthy but don’t really offer many vegetarian options(they even put chicken broth in the turnip greens). Also the food was kinda greasy. In short, it’s an interesting place that’s worth trying but could use some fine tuning.

Memphis needed this place! I go to this Bedrock often. Everything I have ordered is pretty much the best thing I have ever eaten. There is nothing on their menu that is less than perfection. The daily specials are always amazing. My personal favorites are the roasted sweet potato salad and jalapeño cole slaw. The sweets in the cooler are all delicious. I really enjoy the casual atmosphere and all the staff has always been very friendly. I recommend Bedrock to anyone looking for delicious food.

Paleo options available! Good coffee, beer options, fit aid, kill cliff, quest bars, all the nutrition things fitness /CrossFit folks could use. Great local food with friendly staff. In town for the weekend and have eaten breakfast here for the past 2 days. Enchilada omelette was incredible, pumpkin waffle was a nice indulgence, and the bacon was tasty too. I could go on all day but you should just go check it out for yourself.

Had the pulled pork omelet and it was amazing. I was a little hesitant the portion size wasn’t going to be a large enough, but it really hit the spot.

I’m over 5 lunch visits at this point. Bedrock Eats is awesome! I go with the daily special each visit. Some highlights include the Chicken and Chorizo Taco Salad, the Beef Brisket, the Sweet Potato Salad, and the BBQ Bacon Meatloaf.

So excited south main has a new dining option! This spot has ready made food available and a menu offering for eat in options. I was a bit disappointed to see so few non-breakfast options, but was told the menu will be changing soon to include more items for lunch and dinner! I ordered two sides at $ 3 each: sweet potato salad and green beans. The green beans were delicious with bits of bacon sprinkled on top. I absolutely loved the flavor of the sweet potato salad but found my sweet potatoes to be undercooked. Will definitely return.

Yahoo! Memphis’ FIRST paleo market and restaurant. I’ve been waiting for this food pick up service to have an actual home so I could have more access to paleo-prepared meals. BE&S started out where you would order your meals for the week online and then pick them up at a designated location. My pickup location was Yolos. Now, you can just come here during business hours and get my paleo fix. They have hot food prepared on the spot during specified hours or you can grab food to-go from their refrigerator all day. You can also buy raw meats to prepare at home. The restaurant owners say on their website, «There’s enough bad stuff in the world, without your having to eat it too.» Nothing they make is processed, refined or modified. All the food is organic, local, grass-fed and/or free-range. Paleo eaters say the goal is to eat meat, vegetables, nuts and berries like caveman times. They say that these days, people eat too many processed carbohydrates and dairy, foods that our bodies are apparently rejecting. I am so glad Bedrock Eats & Sweets is launching this trend here in the Bluff City. I plan to frequent this place.

I tried Bedrock for the first time today! I am happy to say the food and service is great. I work downtown and have had a hard time finding healthy options for lunch. But Bedrock fits the bill. The menu is perfect. They offer breakfast all day long and their lunch options are just enough. The prices are average downtown prices. I ordered the pulled pork and honey pecan carrots. That cost me $ 10. The pulled pork in my opinion is better than Central BBQ.
