Meet the Business Owner

Mitch B.

Business Owner

Mitch’s family added a coffee bar to their Springs of Life bookstore on the town square in Collierville in 1994 where he worked there until it closed in 2002. At that point, he took the coffee bar mobile & started offering a full service fine coffee & espresso catering business at weddings, parties, & corporate events. Over the next few years, he continued catering plus added a fully mobile coffee shop at festivals & other outdoor events. He also opened up a few kiosks & small cafes throughout Memphis. Then in 2012, he was offered the café space inside the Pink Palace Museum & finally was able to open a full café & base of operations for his catering buisiness. From there, he ventured out & helped build & open Tamp & Tap in Downtown Memphis. He has been running restaurants & cafes, opening new locations, & catering ever since.
