My husband and I have been here twice. Both times we have had great service and great food. if you are not a seafood person or allergic to shellfish(as I am) there are still many options available.

I’ve been served by every bartender in the main bar area. All but one are awesome. The drinks are always good. The food is excellent. Blackened fish and Rick’s wings(they grill them a little) and Ahi Reuben and quesadillas are amazing. The outside area is fairly large and diverse in view. River view is cool. A one man band plays Thursday Friday Saturday outside during happy hour(not certain of days). He plays all kinds of music. Tiki bar is cool and fun to hang at. Jukebox has app you can download to play tunes you like. They’re open till 2am every night. Crowd there is very diverse and always friendly. I have never experienced inside restaurant section but food is obviously same quality. There’s a separate bar and pool table in it. The place overall had quite a diverse experience of ambiance. Fun place overall. Bathrooms all around need remodel. Chairs need update. They feel rickety. Parking lot is dusty and pitted. Should be paved. Park in front to right side of paved area to avoid dusty car.(Left side of paved is small pond when it rains FYI)

Loved the atmosphere of this place! We sat right near the water and there was a great breeze. We got conch fritters and calamari for the table and fish tacos, a burger and grouper fingers for our meals. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the server was very nice and helpful! Definitely think they could spruce up the outside and make some extra money with that outside bar!

Love this place. I give it 5 starts not because it is a 5 star restaurant but because for what it is not is great. View is great, jukebox is great, staff is great the regulars are great… mostly the food is great.

This is the kind of place Jimmy Buffet wrote about. We rolled in on our way home from a beach day hungry and in need of a cold beer and food. There is a bar inside and out, live music, ambiance is awesome, there is a dock. If you want to pretend you’re a pirate or just go native then you want to spend some time here. The food is great! I got a grilled fish poboy in paradise.

Hard to believe it’s not easy finding a good fish dinner in our area. After living here for years I decided I’d try Pineda Inn. The place is a bit run down but there’s a lot of good vibes and the food was AMAZING! I plan to come back soon

Great place to go to by boat for drinks and food. Live music, outside bar over looking the river. Dancing, juke box and live music at times.

Apparently, I’ve been made aware my review of Pineda Inn was misplaced as Pineda Crossing. People in the area were very upset about this as I got several messages. This only makes my review of the area as a whole even more dire. There’s literally nothing else going on in this area, and by the backlash I received this further proves my point. The staff was so nice that I am honestly glad that they have a better star rating than I’m willing to give, and for the area, I hope they continue to do well. With that said, let’s get back to reality. If you are living in Melbourne, or living in a small town with little to no options and no exposure to a great restaurant, then maybe this is actually a 4 star, but in reality if you are from a big city or live in one and exposed to many more options and quality, than no this is not a 4 star. So, we came here from Los Angeles for the Nationals spring training, stayed for a month for work and couldn’t catch a break as far as a good dining experience or even a good atmosphere. We didn’t eat at Pineda as we had just come from a horrible meal at River Rocks down the road and swore off eating out ever again in Florida. Pineada served its purpose, a few drinks, very cheap. The bartenders were super nice, but I think it’s because it was a Sunday afternoon and the two girls were already shit faced behind the bar and it was only like 4PM. I don’t blame them one bit because every sleaze ball old dude in there was hitting on them hard core, I would have to main line vodka to put up with that shit. The place is a bit dirty, the outside bar was closed. I don’t know, Melbourne is just a dump of an area in general, I don’t want to take it out on this place, but really there’s no winning place to hang out in the area at all, so if you can muster a smile and a cheap drink here, go for it, for what’s it worth. But in reality, it’s a depressing area as a whole and we were pretty bummed their gaming equipment was all busted. Try throwing electronic darts at a plastic dartboard on the wall that was broken for years as the bartender told us finally.

We have lived in Melbourne for years and never tried this place out. A coupon sent us there and what a treat. We ordered the Calamari it was great! I ordered the Fried Seafood Platter with the roasted red potatoes/onions/green and red peppers, it also came with Italian style sautéed broccoli/zucchini, squash, carrots with fried shrimp, clam strips and cod. It was outstanding, I am not even a vegetable lover but, I ate all of them up. My wife got the Chicken Marinara/pasta, also great. What impressed me was afterwards we went out back to the tiki bar. They have a tiki bar right on the river, a «cantina» sports bar enclosed and the main restaurant. In all three they have happy hour 3 – 7 under 2 dollar beer specials/draft, 2.50 bottle and 4 dollar house wine. Additionally, they have 3 – 7 pm daily buy appetizer get one half off and their appetizer selection is pretty big. Gotta try it out, we saw bikers, locals, and business casual.

I’ve been back twice for the smothered grouper, atmosphere is lousy but the food was great! Season the veggies, and give me a nice hot roll, and I would eat there every week! Great coleslaw, and the servers are always nice!

Aside from the awkward outdoor walkway setup, this is a decent spot to grab a drink and enjoy the weather/view. We went on a weeknight so it was relatively empty but staff was friendly nonetheless. We didn’t try the food. This is a much more subdued alternative to River Rocks and Grills.

I’m a local but hadn’t been in a very long time so I tried it three times in the last few weeks. Once for happy hour and twice for lunch. Beautiful view, great service, and our food was exactly what we wanted and great. No complaints whatsoever. I had out of town company on both lunches and they were extremely happy.

The food & service was much better when Kathy & Mark & Retzy were there. fresh fish, fresh cut fries, fresh everything, extremely great cole slaw, excellent service, ice cold vodka and beer… it was the best place in the county. Sad to say, it’s pretty much a dump now.

The view is amazing from the back patio. The atmosphere is nice. Food is ok. If you want a great view, some cold drinks and are ok with an average meal then this is the place.

The absolute WORST dining experience we’ve ever had! I’m just going to put this in bullet format and try to be as concise as possible because the list of issues goes on and on… — We walked in and the restaurant was DEAD at 7:00pm on a Friday night. 5 occupied tables with 3 servers working. — When we walked in, we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged — we had to go to the bar to ask about seating. They told us to «just seat yourselves», but we needed assistance with high chairs. — We had 3 kids with us, all needing high chairs, but the entire restaurant only has 2 high chairs, so one of our kids had to use a booster seat… which, well, didn’t work for the age of kids we had with us. — As soon as we sat down, we put in the kid’s food orders… these took 30 minutes to come out. A half hour for chicken fingers and fries is ridiculous. And it came out blazing hot, which means that they just took that long to get around to even sticking the food in the fryer. — Once we put the adult food orders in, it took OVERONEHOUR for our food to come out. Remember, there were only 5 other seated tables and 3 servers working. That is WAY too long for such an unoccupied restaurant. — I ordered a small salad to come out before my meal. After 45 minutes of waiting, I finally asked about it; the server had forgotten about it and then brought it out another 10 minutes later. — More issues with the food: All sandwiches were supposed to come with coleslaw, but none of them did. My selected starch side was supposed to be black beans and rice but they accidentally brought me potatoes. When I asked for the correct side, she said she’d go get it. It never came out. We all finished our meals and I still never received the proper side(or extra napkins) that I had requested. Finally, at the end of my meal, I asked for my beans and rice ‘to go’, just because I was pissed that I never received it. — The food is horrible. Everything is so bland and tasteless. The best tasting thing that we ordered was the honey mustard sauce that came with my son’s chicken fingers. The fish sandwiches were all bland. The patty melt was dry and overcooked. I mean, plain and simple, there was just nothing tasty about this food. — We told them we had a coupon, but when they brought us our check they forgot to apply it. They returned with the«corrected» check, but it’s a good thing I looked it over first because not only was it still incorrect, it wasn’t even OUR check… this time they brought us a completely different and wrong check. Finally I just went up to the bar(where the register is) to get it over with and deal with it quickly. I’m not exaggerating — I was standing there for 10 minutes while they searched for my check and tried to figure out which one was right and how to print it correctly with the discount. I was tempted to ask, «At what point do you realize you’ve screwed up so badly that you should just comp my meal!?» But I was waiting to see if they’d do anything to remedy the situation. NOPE! So they finally printed my bill correctly and I paid it — with NO tip, because yes, the service was really THATBAD! WEWILLNEVERGOBACKHEREAGAIN! There is absolutely NO excuse for such horrible service when a restaurant is DEAD! As if the bad food wasn’t enough to kill the experience! SO many better restaurants just minutes away on US1… try Grills, River Rocks, Cabana Shores, Palm Shores, etc. We’ve had outstanding experiences at all of THOSE restaurants!

This summer we would sail up on our Hobie Cats and grab a beer and dinner here. I always ordered an Amberbock and a chicken parmesian sandwich. After a few times, the bartender would see my sails coming and put my order in before we even hit the beach! Fun times!

Food was alright… Nothing over the top or special but good. Drinks are Good but it takes forever to get one!!! On Sundays they have pour til they score with football, unfortunately by the time u get a drink its already halftime and someone scores. SERVICESUCKS. Probably the worst service in a long time. If you’re not a regular don’t go, because they’ll give you shitty service and not pay any attention to you.

Loved the crabcakes. Friendly environment. It was kinda slow so I expected the waitress to put in a little more effort. If u have a sensitive car, do not try to park because there is no cement and big pot holes.

A locals bar, but all are welcome. I don’t eat the food, just drink the beer. Right on the water, has slips for boats. Plenty of tv’s to watch football.
