Pasquale Bros Auto Body

I just want to confirm again how amazing these guys are. My car has been rear-​ended three times in the past six months, and Pasquale has done an awesome job taking care of me and my car each time. I’m feeling like a pro now, but I still appreciate all the help they offer. For example, they get my rental set-​up for me so that when they drop me off the rental company already has the claim info, etc.
Additionally, they are next door to another auto shop, and they have worked with that business to coordinate unrelated things that I need done. Ex: during my last visit, the auto shop did my oil change while my paint was drying; during this visit, the shop will do my snow tire change-​over while Pasquale is doing body work. Not only is this unbelievably convenient for me, it is a great example of their wonderful customer service. They are exactly what a small neighborhood business should be. I honestly could not be happier with them.

Great auto body shop! I met the owner playing softball. He’s much better at auto body repair than softball. He’s a big kid but he has no pop in his bat! I brought my wife’s car in with many dings and dents and he was able to clean it up while keeping costs low. He was able to make all timelines and make suggestions to help so I won’t be killed when I return the lease. Give him a shot (just not at softball)…very professional and easy location.

I brought my car in asking for an estimate on how much it would cost to get some scratches repaired (I had a run in with a cement post while parking). They looked at it and told me that unfortunately they couldn’t buff it out and would have to replace the entire panel and door on my car. Then he suggested that I buy some touch up paint from the dealership instead and offered to touch it up for me for free! He said that this would not make it look perfect but would at least stop it from rusting. So of course, I went with this option. Although I wasn’t able to repair my car so it looked perfect again I greatly appreciated their honesty. I was impressed that they didn’t try to convince me to spend more money than I really needed to and to top it off helped me out free of charge.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I have used them 2x so far and every time they have been professional, honest, and friendly. Their work is second to none! When I get my car back it always looks brand new and beyond that they even detailed the inside and put it through the car wash! Chris the manager is fantastic and even helped me arrange my rental car. George the owner is knowledgable and honest. It’s nice to know that even though car accidents, and insurance paperwork sucks, getting your car fixed doesn’t have to.

Chris and the rest of the team at Pasquale Bros Auto Body have consistently gone above and beyond with their service. I will admit that I am not the best driver and with bumps and scratches on my bumper they always are quick to repair and make it look like new again.
I was happy with their quick turn around, willingness to help, and their honesty that put me at ease as a customer.
I would highly recommend them for any of your auto body needs.

Have had work done on two vehicles recently and am very pleased with the results. Work is professional and on time. Employees are polite and professional and the work was done for the original estimate. Highly recommend.

Front bumper work performed on my car is falling apart. Multiple shops show how parts that should have been replaced were not causing the work to fall apart. I brought the car back multiple times as things were falling apart only to have them pushed back together. Inferior workmanship is showing through significantly.
Work was paid for by insurance. There were no cost constraints except fixing the problem.

The guys at Pasquale are tremendous! George worked with me on the price, didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed. Chris took good care of me when I had questions even after I got my car back. Always friendly, I highly recommend these guys!

I can’t say anything morning positive about these guys. They were so accommodating with what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate for what needed to be done. I did comparison shop and they gave me the best price and the shortest time frame. They also didn’t pressure me into anything and were very patient with me. They even ordered the part ahead of time and told me to come in at my convenance. On top of all that, they were extremely friendly. I will be going back to them for all my repair needs. So glad someone recommended them to me.

Repaired my front bumper and looks brand new. They even got the job done sooner than they had told me they would — George was extremely friendly and helpful with my first accident /​repair situation.

Pros:
*Repair looks OK (not perfect, not terrible)
*Cheapest price in the area
Cons:
*Took TWO weeks to replace a bumper (they had a few excuses for why this was the case, but they could have told me to just drop it off once they had all of the correct parts, especially since I had to get a rental for some days and borrow a car on the others).
*Color looks good, quality of paint job not so good – it looks like the paint dripped and dried in several areas
*Never received any calls to keep me informed about what was going on with the repair.
*Had to go back to pick up the car three times because someone didn’t actually check to make sure that the job was done correctly
*Car was parked outside unlocked in a spot where anyone walking by could go up to it and open it if they wanted (I know because I checked on it a few mornings and did exactly that) (Note: This wasn’t true for the entire two weeks, but it was for the majority of the time and even one day is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned).
*They cleaned the interior but rubbed some terrible smelling chemical all over the leather seats and dash – and didn’t clean it all off completely (If they would have called I would have told them not clean the interior, period)
*They agreed to do the job and said it would look as good as new, then proceeded to give me 32 different excuses why it didn’t look right the first two times I went to pick it up. Excuses included: (1) I brought them a bumper from who knows where (it was ordered from a BMW dealership); (2) bumpers can only go on one way (even though they had just finished telling me the workers were able to make adjustments to fix the first problem I spotted; and (3) they can only make it so good without replacing more parts (if that were the case, they should have told me so that I could have decided whether I wanted to order the extra parts).
Summary:
Pasquale Brothers is a fine auto body for most people.
If you care about customer service and don’t mind paying for quality work and peace of mind, I’d look elsewhere. And if you’re going through your insurance and cost is not an issue, then definitely look elsewhere.

I picked them from a combination of them being on the list from my insurance company and the ratings here on Unilocal.It was a great choice.
Very professional to deal with and the work was outstanding. The front end damage was done to show room precision and makes the car look like new again.

These guys are awesome! I needed to get my rear bumper cover reattached to my 2012 Toyota Sienna. I was able to snap most of it back on by myself but there were some pins and clamps that were missing or damaged. I brought it by for an estimate and they quoted me an hour or 2 for labor (max) and ordered the parts. The total bill came to $ 42 for .6 hours of labor and a few bucks in parts. I can’t remember the last time I was charged for less than an hour of labor. Anyway, the repair looks great and the price was way more reasonable than I thought it would be.

There’s a reason everyone is giving this shop 5 star’s. They really are great. This was the first time I’ve had to find an Auto Body shop myself, so I pulled up the list my Insurance Co had and Unilocal.Pasquale’s had the highest rating in Medford and was on my insurance company’s list, so I was like okay let’s get this done.
Dropped my car off after work one day — the rental company was late picking me up so Mr Pasquale gave me a drive and made sure i was all set up before he left. Super sweet of him! 2 weeks later I was back in my car, repairs done perfectly, and my car cleaned!
Truly had a great experience and if god forbid I have to get repairs done in the future will for sure come back. Would 100% recommend them.

I chose Pasquale based on the Unilocal reviews, so it’s only fair to add my voice to the chorus here — this place is great. I interacted with several different employees over the weeks my car was there, and everyone was beyond nice. They reached out to me at multiple points throughout the process to make sure I stayed aware of what was going on. And although I’d already figured out a way to go pick up my rental car, they insisted on giving me a ride! I’m hoping I won’t need to visit an auto body shop for a very long time, but when I do, I will absolutely head straight to Pasquale.

I had an old beater car that got into a fender bender. I needed to have a piece of metal straightened — no paint, no trim work — just pull the sheet metal back into place so I could replace the headlights. I told Pasquale that it should be 100 $ at most. He said 200 $. (yeah, I’m a cheap bastard.) He said 200 $ because it might take more work than I imagined. I said OK because they were a few 100 feet from my house. When I got the car back, it was only 100 $.
I’m glad that they were willing to work with me on something so insignificant.
I can’t really comment on real autobody reapairs, but their shop is clean and professional. Their finished work looked good.

Get into a fender-​bender because some little old lady banged into your bumper at the supermarket? Car half-​smashed in by some college kid too busy yakking on their cellphone and not busy enough paying attention driving that U-​Haul truck? Do yourself a HUGE favor and take your vehicle to Pasquale Bros Auto Body. The owner George will do everything possible to help you out from getting you into a rental-​car to getting your wreck back in top-​notch shape as fast as possible. And, unlike other owners, the man will patiently communicate everything to you regarding your vehicle and answer your questions. You will rarely find a body shop that is HONEST, do great work and keep you informed every step of the way.

I took my car here because I needed some body work done because of an accident. After Pasquale’s was suggested, I checked them out on Unilocal.But seeing such outstanding ratings in the reviews, I was left a little suspicious. I regret every ounce of doubt I had.
I got my car back looking even better than before the accident; the work was carried out beyond expertly. Real nice guys and I couldn’t believe that someone had even scrubbed down the interior! No hassles, and reasonably quick, I am way, way impressed.

Earlier this year I had a minor accident and decided to go to Pasquale Bros Auto Body because they were close to my house and on my auto insurance preferred list. It also helped that their reviews here on Unilocal were positive.
I’m very glad I did. George was very helpful and easy to work with, he even stayed late one evening so that I could drop my car off after work. When I dropped my car off, he asked if I had a ride home and offered to give me a lift. That’s what I call great customer service. George explained exactly what they would do and exactly how the process would work. As another reviewer said, they took care of everything and dealt directly with the insurance company.
The car was ready just when he said it would be, and it had never looked better. Not only did they do a great job on the repairs, but they cleaned it, inside and out. I would highly recommend them to my friends and I have. It’s rare these days to get that level of customer service.
