I work half the week in Northern Virginia, specifically Prince William, Fairfax and Loudoun counties. I represent buyer and sellers in all types of homes and communities. Although most of my work focuses on organized residential single family homes and town homes. I know the market and the communities in Northern Virginia.

The other half of the week I work in Southern Maryland, Charles, Saint Marys and Calvert counties. I spent the first part of my life growing up in Southern Maryland. About two years ago, I received my Associate Brokers license in Maryland and started working in the area where I grew up. Southern Maryland offers a more relaxed way of life, more rural and water front living over here. I love the differences between the two areas. The diversity offers me the challenge that I love and broadens my expertise in a wide range of residential properties.

History

Established in 2004.

Before I was an agent I was a consumer trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I hired an agent to do both transactions. I didn’t want an agent following me around bothering or pressuring me to buy a house. So, I told my agent, I would find my home and call him when I wanted to see one.

I did my research and found my home. I really enjoyed the process so much that my agent told me «You should do this for a living.» So I did and have not looked back! I actually work for that agent, he owns the company!

The point is. I understand how the process of buying and selling a home, can be emotional and scary. I NEVER pressure my clients! (I would fire anyone that did that to me) I am straightforward and work hard for my peeps. I actually try to talk my buyers out of homes, point out all the negative features. At the end of the day if they still want to buy it… I have done my job, provided them with information so they can make an informed decision.
