I am very pleased with this carpet cleaning company. There were some bad stains that I didn’t think would come out and I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. This company was able to get the stains out and all the carpet in the house looks new again. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve used Mighty Clean three times now for area rug cleaning and upholstery protection and have been extremely happy with their service. They’re easy to schedule, always show up on time, and the upholstery protection is great — my linen cream-​colored living room chairs have had red wine spilled on them during a party and had my elderly cat throw up on them, and both times I was able to clean up easily with some water and a little of the cleaning solution Mighty Clean left for me, and they still look brand new. They were also able to get pet stains out of an expensive Turkish rug.

I was so impressed with the service and how wonderful my carpet look. The cleaning was quick. My tech Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I had two Turkish carpets and he handled them with care. They look brand new. He called before he can to notify me he was on his way. When I called the receptionist the first time I made the appointment she was super friendly and she was accurate with her estimate. The pricing is affordable. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Mighty carpet is the best!

I highly recommend! Linda was most helpful and nice in scheduling — phone, email, follow-​up phone reminder. Kevin was on time at 9:10 am and finished at 11:00 am. He was very friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job in my three level town home! My carpeting looks and feels like new! I loved the rotary carpet cleaning tool. I am totally happy and most satisfied! Mighty Clean Carpet Care is the best carpet cleaning company that I have ever used!

Michael with Mighty Clean Carpet Care did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He was fast, efficient and very affordable! I was shocked he did the job by himself, too. I would highly recommend him for any carpet, upholstery, wood floor or whatever type of cleaning. His receptionist, Linda, was very helpful and friendly over the phone.

Really good service. Because I have birds, I wanted to be very careful with the choice of treatment and Mike took extra care in the products he used, having had experience cleaning in homes with birds before. He said they also work with people who are chemically sensitive. The finished result is clean carpet which was much overdue for cleaning. I was surprised it could look so good again. Very happy to have found Mighty Clean.

Mike from Mighty Clean cleaned my carpets today. My carpets were pretty dirty, stained from pets and kids and I was a bit embarrassed because of this. My carpets look fantastic now and I am absolutely thrilled with the cleaning job. Mike was very professional and nice, called to let me know when he would be arriving as promised, and did a very thorough job. The price was reasonable also. I will use this company again!

I had my basement carpet and a few rugs cleaned recently and they did a great job. There were plenty of spots on the basement carpet from the dog coming in and out and there were some areas that I was unable to get clean with household products. Well, the spots are gone now. Great service.

These guys are great. We used them when we sold our house this Fall. They scheduled a time that worked for us and showed up on time. The cleaning was thorough and they were able to remove some pesky stains from our two dogs. The price was fair, and they were very clear about expectations and what they can and can’t do. I would recommend.

Seriously, the only regret I have about this company is not calling them sooner. Customer service was amazing at every point, which is sadly hard to find these days. Mike, who cleaned the carpets was so nice and so professional. Our 8 year old dirty, dog pee spotted, play dough ground in carpet looks and feels brand new. Mighty Clean must have been having an off-​day when they came to my new condo.
Mighty Clean gets two stars for personality. They were very friendly and kind, no complaints there. My problems are with the service I received.
I just bought a new condo and it has been vacant for a long time, so I knew the carpet was in need of a deep clean. I was told by the technician who came that the hose would not reach around to the back of my condo unit, where my door is located, so he wouldn’t be able to do hot water extraction with that, but that there were other ways to clean it. Fine. I also had asked for a carpet stretching in one room, and any other spots he might see that I missed. He was «done» cleaning and stretching my condo in under an hour and a half, when I was told by the receptionist to expect 3 hours. Later that day, after the carpet had dried, I noticed a big ripple and bunching in one room and the entire carpet felt very stiff and just not clean. I called and asked why I wasn’t shown the ripple and the receptionist couldn’t tell me much, just to let it settle for 48 hours.
In the mean time, I tried to vacuum my smallest room, and the ENTIRE canister was FULL of dust and dirt. I tried to call back again but they were closed.
I got a call back on Monday from the tech who came, and at first he offered a partial discount on the cleaning, but when I explained how incredibly dirty my carpets still were, he begrudgingly gave me a full refund for the cleaning (not the stretching). There was no apology from anyone, or offer to make it right, just a check in the mail. I ended up just buying my own shampooer, which sucked up even more dirt left by Mighty Clean.
I had very high hopes for this company, and am equally disappointed in the service itself and how they dealt with an unsatisfied customer.

I was looking to get my carpets cleaned (it had been a couple of years). I used to use a gentleman with a truck-​mount wand system, but decided to find someone else. I called several places (including recommendations from friends), but found Mighty Clean Carpet through Google search… and came across their incredible Unilocal reviews. I had to call!
Linda, the Office Manager, couldn’t be more professional! Immediately, I was able to learn everything there was about their technique to cleaning (especially with their rotary brush) and how they differed from other companies. Her demeanor set the tone immediately… incredibly courteous and you knew that this would be a top-​notch outfit! I was able to schedule a cleaning in less than one week, before visitors were scheduled to come.
The cleaning (carpet and tile/​grout) was done by Mike Furcron and again, WOW. Incredibly professional, wore booties throughout the house, brought his own things to protect my home floors, and even furniture guards for the pieces that may have had contact with the clean carpet. He used an electronic measuring tool to calculate the room’s square footage. We had an area rug, carpets (berber and regular), and bathroom floors cleaned.
The drying time was EXACTLY what Mike said… and the end result was absolutely FABULOUS! He even took a picture of our travertine flooring in the midst of cleaning… what a difference, even though we keep a really clean home!
We added grout sealing and a scotch guard protection on our area rug. Although truthfully, more expensive than other carpet cleaning businesses I have used (and called before scheduling with them), Mighty Clean Carpet seemed to provide the best service/​cleaning/​and follow-​up. I even received a small bottle of carpet cleaning solution at the end of my service.
I know that I will be calling again in the future to keep my carpets clean. I was impressed and you will be to!

I had a wonderful recent experience with Mighty Clean Carpet. From the first call I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who asked how I found them, what we were looking for, and if we had any special concerns or requests. My dog had recently urinated in a few spots in the basement while we were out of town and a neighbor was house sitting, so it was not cleaned immediately and was troublesome to remove the odor. When Kevin came out he very professional and I showed him the area that I needed cleaned. He measured everything quickly and gave me an exact price. I also tacked on a throw carpet and couch that needed to be freshened up. Prices are VERY reasonable! He clearly explained the whole process and what I could expect during and after the cleaning.
Overall the whole process was a very pleasant experience.

This business is VERY on top of things! I called to ask about cleaning carpets in a condo I was moving into, and they had openings immediately — which is what I needed. Linda, who answered the phone, was very pleasant and friendly, and very helpful and accommodating. PLUS, this business’ rates were very competitive, beating out other similar 5 star businesses nearby. They guesstimated the carpeted square footage of my condo — as that’s how they charge — but said they’d get the exact measurements on arrival and charge accordingly. True to their word, the carpeting was less than they thought it might be, and they charged me under what they’d quoted. Awesome!
Kevin was a real gentleman. He wore shoe covers, vacuumed the entire unit with a Hepa vacuum first, then pre-​treated it, before deep cleaning it with a trunk-​mount. Truth be told, I left before the point of the vacuuming, but I saw all the equipment he brought with him. He also called me when he was done so I could return to the unit and lock up. Really thoughtful.
After the carpets were cleaned, within a few days, they began to have that funky smell again. Nothing to do with this business… it’s likely the previous owners had a pet who had accidents. I called and let Linda know about this, and she spoke with Kevin, who offered to come out and re-​clean the carpets at no charge at all. Wow.
A week later, and on schedule, Kevin arrived with his clean shoe covers, walked me through the unit with a black-​light so we could see where potential pet accidents may have happened, sprayed the carpet with deodorizer, and cleaned it again with a handheld unit this time — as agreed upon.
The first 1 – 2 days, the smell was great but the icky odor returned. At this point, seems like the issue is with the padding, which no amount of carpet cleaning can get out, so we have to go a different route (i.e. replace carpets). However, this business went above and beyond to help with the cleaning process, and they did it all with a smile. Rare experience, indeed!

My experience with Mighty Clean was nothing short of excellent. From contact (45 minutes after my initial email) to scheduling to day of service, the professionals at Mighty Clean made it abundantly clear how a business in the DMV is supposed to operate — a notion lost, sadly, on a great portion of the service industries in our area.
The carpet /​upholstery cleaning they performed in my home surpassed my hopes; everything looks brand new. Added bonus: price payed actually came in a bit under the original estimate.
Do yourself a favor, don’t waste time considering other businesses, just call Mighty Clean. Now.
