Just absolutely phenomenal. I can’t speak highly enough of Liz Parsons for her professionalism, patience, knowledge, promptness and attention to detail in every aspect. As a first time homebuyer, Liz made this process so easy for me. She made me feel comfortable with the biggest financial decision of my life. Her patience, professionalism and just calm and jovial demeanor is truly astounding. I was referred to Liz, who happens to be a veteran which is a plus in my book, from a very good friend of mine and I knew right off of the bat that she would be my realtor. She took the time to really listen to exactly what I was looking for in a home and I want to say within a week or so, had quite a few houses lined up for me to look at. She was extremely thorough and really took the time to explain the entire process and what was happening and what to expect. There were rarely any errors on the documents, but if there were, she had them fixed within minutes. I know it’s not easy dealing with a first-​time homebuyer freaking out about every little thing, especially being as seasoned in the real estate business as herself, answering heaps of simple questions and comforting worried homebuyers, but she made it look easy.
You honestly can’t go wrong with Liz as your realtor. She is just so good at what she does and is just so professional about it, sometimes when I’m talking with her I forget she’s my realtor. Liz truly goes above and beyond her duties and makes you feel like you’re her only client. Extremely detail oriented, prompt and honest, I hope I never have to buy another house again (mainly because of my mortgage company which is a complete separate story), but if I do in the NOVA area, I’m calling Liz again… whether she wants to have me as her client again or not!!! I just can’t say enough good things about Liz. Folks, you will NOT be disappointed.

Seriously?! Those last two reviews are totally fake. The worst real estate experience ever with these guys. Had owned several homes before so this wasnt my first rodeo. Carolyn and Steve Capalbo are horrid realtors. Totally the worst experience ever. Carolyn pretends that she is this fantastic realtor and gives you a fake song and dance to get you to sign with her. Once you sign the contract you never hear from her again, she pawns you off on her husband who has to be the worst realtor I have ever used. And I also know someone who used this team to sell their house and had the same awful experience, dropped them for another realtor and got a contract in less than a week. They are awful at negotiations for the buyer and completely horrid all the way to the table. Use shady home inspectors and dont give a darn about their clients once they sign a contract with them. Would never recommend them to anyone. They put on an act and when it’s showtime fail to deliver. The husband Steve should stop doing real estate altogether.

We have just closed on our first house. Michelle Fraser was the best ! We had some very demanding goals on what we wanted. Let’s just say. When we started looking I gave a list of six things we needed in a house. A min of 5 ac. A garage. Water on the land. Not to see the main road. Not to see the neighbors. And under $ 350,000.00 ! She worked very hard for us. Took my after hours calls for the silly things a first time buyer asks. She’s honest. Speaks straight. And gets to the point. We have found our dream home ! If we have to move again? Lord I hope not ! Michelle will be my goto.
She found us 7 ac. With a pond an island out buildings way out in Catlett. For only 10k more than we wanted to pay! Michelle. We love you ! Thank you !! You have helped us find the place we love.

Our real estate agent is with KW and she was fantastic. She was the first and last real estate agent we worked with. She stood by us through a long arduous search but thanks in large part to her efforts, we were finally able to close today. Thank you so much, KW and JM!!!

Be Aware of This Agent Harry Hasbun. I was send out as a HVAC contractor by First America Home warranty to go out to one property Woodbridge, VA that Mr. Harry Hasbun in managing an agent that works for Keller William. As a HVAC contractor working for the through the warranty as a contractor I am to collect a deductible that is due upon my first visit of $ 75.00, Mr. Hasbun assured he will mail it out, he never did, then we recommenced replacement of the a/​c system Mr. Hasbun was informed to complete the new installation of the new a/​c system he owes us a non covered cost of $ 125.00, so I informed him that I also did not receive the deductible he assured me it will be mailed, we completed to installation first week of June 2014 since then I have send faxes called no answer from Mr. Hasbun he has not returned any of my calles and has not paid me the $ 200.00 owed. Very disappointed!!! Contractors please be aware do not do any work for this person he will sweet talk you but will not pay you will promise but will not deliver!

Words cannot describe the level of displeasure I have been experiencing with this realty’s agent who is assigned to sell my house in South Riding. She is very inexperienced, cannot communicate effectively and timely. She has hosted only 4 open houses in the past 100+ days and I had to remind her to follow up on the a few prospects who did a walk through. It was after several requests, she just updated the exterior picture which was taken after a winter snow storm. There has been zero marketing efforts. What a disaster!

Actually, Keller Williams Manassas moved recently to 8100 Ashton Ave, Suite 103 across from Costco.
