Too slow to order and bring out the food hardly ever paying attention. Don’t bring everything you need like straws etc. Their portions have drastically went small. Sonic sucks …

Love Sonic as a fast food restaurant, but this one in particular is HORRIBLE. You have to wait FOREVER just to put an order in. I have waited 10 minutes stupidly and then had to drive away… No one answered the button. Sadly this has happen more than once. I hate that this is the closest sonic to me… I will be driving down the road from now on.

DISGUSTING. Fries were WAY TOO SALTY, the drink had almost no flavor & the burger was absolutely the worst i’ve tasted in probably forever. I had the bacon double cheeseburger & you couldn’t even tell bacon was on there. The buns were extremely greasy. I mean soaked and so was the the wrapper on it. Fries were so salty, they chapped my lips. And the wait took forever also. Really bad service and horrible food. I generally love sonic but I will never be back to this location. Oh my god, ew. They tried to make up for it by offering me a free desert or drink but once they swapped out the burger, it was still bad. The grease wasn’t as bad but still wasn’t edible. I felt disgusting even biting into the first burger. They also screwed up what i wanted on it. It was dry. Just meat and cheese only after i said everything except lettuce and tomatoes. Ugh. It was a horrible experience.

I ordered a Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger, and a Oreo Cake Shake.
I got a Sonic Double Cheeseburger, and a regular Cake Shake. Two Strikes! You Suck!

Takes way to long to get food here. There sign by the road says now hiring cooks.

This is one of the few fast food places I like. I went there today for lunch and got me a #1 with cheese and tots. I like the fact that I can pay with my credit card at my car. Then the lovely lady comes out rolling in her skates with my food. To top it off, she gives me a couple mints. Then I give her a tip. I drive off happy.

Wish I could rate this higher, I really do — its not much more than a block or two from our house, so we end up there fairly often for fast food just because its convenient, and we generally like Sonic’s menu. They’ve gotten our order wrong several different times, which is frustrating because you usually don’t find that out until you get home — but the most recent time was the worst! Stopped by last Tuesday for half-​price cheeseburger day — ordered 3 cheeseburgers. Got home, took them out of the bag — thought they seemed a little light and not very warm — opened up the wrapping and discovered NO MEAT/​CHEESE! Just a bun with lettuce/​tomato/​pickles and mayo! And they were ALL THREE like that! Really, Sonic!!!
(Unfortunately, as I peruse other reviews before posting, I see that wrong orders seem to be a chronic problem with this particular Sonic.)

Great for that wicked mozzarella sticks craving. Onion rings, sure! Cherry Dr. Pepper is a must… I’m old school. Sonic is more nostalgic for me since it was all we had in my home town. Now I live smack dab, equidistant, from 2! Both in the area are consistent with food and relatively quick service. Every once in a while you get a hop or order operator who hates their life, but I just use extra Ps and Qs and hope their day turns around.

So we politely let them know we’d be leaving and getting a drink somewhere else
in my 20 years of sonic patronage, never waited that long.

Food was the usual fast food restaurant quality. However, after double checking my order, it still came to me wrong and none of the employees were showing the slightest interest in their jobs.

I’ve been a regular here for years and there are several employees who are just absolutely amazing, but there are a couple new employees who make the Sonic experience awful by lacking a personality, not caring about getting the orders right and giving out watered down drinks and just outright rude. Marcus lacks any personality and is incredibly rude.
But Ashley is why I keep coming back because she is so sweet and nice!

Always really quick service and they get our orders right! I love that you can get out of this location easily, although during rush hour times it can be difficult to get to because El Dorado gets packed. We’ve had no issues and we’ve come here many times in the last couple of years!

I’ve been to this location twice recently and both times I wasn’t pleased. First time, my corny dogs were obviously not freshly cooked– they’d been sitting around for awhile. Second time, the corny dogs hadn’t been sitting around quite as long, but were obviously not freshly fried. Oh, and they didn’t put any mustard in the bag, which I didn’t find out until we had left there. Had to eat them without mustard because we weren’t at home. They did put S & P in the bag though?! My advice is to drive a few miles further west on Eldorado and go to the one near Ridge Rd. Never had any issues there.

This location is on the north side of Eldorado just east of Hardin Blvd; it’s easy to get to and was clean and well lit on this December evening. We only ordered a Route 44 drink, and it was delivered quickly and with a smile. A good example of how this chain should be.

Always good and fresh! They haven’t messed up on our order yet-(unlike the Frisco location where they can’t even get your drink correct and the food makess you sick) Good place!
