Terrible service. I asked for a water cup, and they denied my request on the grounds that«they can’t tell if customers are actually getting water or soda because of the new soda machine.» Are you kidding me? I am on a diet and wanted water, and they immediately assume I’m asking for a water cup to steal soda. That’s no way to treat customers. Additionally, even if 10%(gross overestimate) of people asking for a water cup use it for soda, are they really losing any money? Soda syrup is dirt cheap. Never going back to this BK, where I absolutely could not have it my way.
