History

Established in 2001.

Trinity Rehab Matawan opened in 2001 as our first location. We offer outpatient physical therapy for the surrounding areas in Old Bridge, Marlboro, Holmdel, Aberdeen, Hazlet, Union Beach, Keyport and Cliffwood. Our physical therapy office is conveniently located on Highway 34 not far from the Garden State Parkway. Matawan patients benefit from our superior treatment options in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in offering one-​on-​one care to all of our patients. Jeralyn P.

Director of Matawan/​Chief Clinical Director

Jeralyn holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Hahnemann University. For over sixteen years Jeralyn has proudly and passionately worked as a physical therapist serving a wide variety of patient populations in the outpatient setting. She specialized in the McKenzie Protocol, which makes her an expert at treating neck and back injuries. Her true passion is working with these orthopedic spine rehab patients. Jeralyn even co-​managed the Spine Center at Hackensack University Medical Center for five years. Ultimately, Jeralyn would like each of her patients to optimize their overall mobility and physical health.
