History
Established in 2011.
Chef Rachael got her culinary education at DVC in Pleasant Hill and has worked at Wente Winery in the Catering Dept and Perbacco Italian Restaurant in San Francisco. She also owns Compass Star Catering. Sous Chef Brian Stein also attended DVC and has worked at Postrio in Lafayette, CA and Ve Su in Walnut Creek, CA.
