Born and raised in Contra Costa I began my carrier in the bail industry working for Ernie Lopez Bail Bonds in 1980. In 1987 I relocated to Martinez and opened my own company. 1991 brought the opportunity for me to purchase Cooper’s, my wife and I have raised our family and love the small town feel of our community
