I take six generators to Burning Man each year to power up various Camps & Villages. Our MQ100 Whisperwatt starter having issues with overheating in the hot sun of the day. It was running a camp that included many tents and yurts, 23 RV’s, a large kitchen and close to 15 air conditioners in the «Orgy Dome». I isolated the problem and climbed up on our 40′ observation tower in order to make a call to CD & Power. (Very weak cell coverage in the desert)
They had the required parts drop shipped and FedExed to me the next morning. The parts arrived in time to keep the generator happy through out the rest of the extremely hot week. CD & Power made me look good and they made over 5000 visitors to the Dome, Very Happy. They have been assisting me with my needs for several years now and the customer service is Sterling.

Called and made appt previous week. Showed up Monday morning as scheduled took me right in at 7:00am. They asked if they could have the truck for 4 – 5 hours, they called 3 hrs later all done come pick it up. All work done clean and neat. Very professional! Will recommend and use again.

I’m the Pastor of Calvary Chapel Gilroy, a church in Gilroy, Ca. We had been running a Vacation Bible School all week and we missed the notice that PG&E would be shutting off our power for maintenance on the last day of our school. We had a small panic attack realizing that 40+ kids were gonna be without lights, power (and even fans on this insanely hot day).

I have been using Cal Diesel & Power for several years for all my generator needs from rental to new installations. Earlier this year we had a major power outage on a large project of mine in the city, with in two hours they had a generator delivered and set up and the building was back in business. Hands down the best generator company to work with in the Bay Area! From preventative maintenance programs, T & M emergency repairs, and or generator replacements. They have a very strong team that excels at providing superior customer service. If you want it done right the first time give them a call. I have been in the construction and facility industry for fifteen years put them to the ultimate test in the winter of 2008 during my tenure at Safeway. There was a large storm and we had approximately fifteen sites with hundreds of thousands of perishable items that depend on refrigeration and power. We have been using cd & p for 3 years now and would highly recommend them. They have been handling all of our stationary generator service and repair. William Walker is very professional and continues to provide us with excellent customer service. He is very responsive to our needs ands checks in with us on a regular basis. CD & P has always arrived on time as scheduled, provided good communication and good follow up while servicing or repairing our equipment.

These people are great! I have had our motorhome in here twice, once to repair our Onan generator and the other time to fix a leaking hose as well as have a complete oil and filter change. They provided excellent customer service as well as doing great work on our rig.
In both cases they did exaclty what is right, not just find and replace the suspected part. Sometime parts don’t need replaced, just fixed which is what they will do when it is appropriate.
These people are extremely honest, very good at communicating and will do you right every time. You can bring your equipment here and have no fear (hey that rhymes). All kidding aside, they really are great!
